"Where are we going exactly?" she asked as she walked hand in hand with him through the forest. He had said that he didn't want to run into anymore animals, but if that was true, then she had to wonder why he was leading her further into the forest. Did the squire know of a place in which they could hide from the creatures that he feared? The tall man continued to talk and it seemed that he thought Kyra odd as well as she thought he was. It wasn't a surprise however, many people called her strange and also seemed fond of giving her nick names. It was curious to the kelvic, and she was always lured in to find out why they found her odd.

Kisetukai stopped walking suddenly, and stood in place while swaying their combined hands back and forth. Kyra glance down at their hands and how the motions caused them to move. She hadn't thought much about the fact that he was still holding her hand as many people seemed to enjoy doing. But the swaying was different and she wondered if he was really enjoy it. "Is there something about my arm that you like?" she asked simply. The young kelvic stared at him, watching his features closely. She wasn't sure if he was nervous or just had trouble completing sentences.

"Words aren't your category...What does that mean?"

Suddenly the man changed, his features lighten, becoming more youthful and even his voice was different. Kyra stared at him, her bright golden eyes widening as she leaned closer to look at him. There was truly something odd about the man, and now Kyra was even more interested to find out just what. "Go..to your house? You have a home, here in the woods?" She was joking with him now, being that only a moment ago he had said that he didn't want to be around animals, and then started a stroll through the forest, and now he wanted to do something else.

His actions were child-like, but she had to admit, there was something familiar in it all. The walk continued from there and Kyra continued to glance at him on and off. He was nothing like the other Knights that she had met, or perhaps it was because he was a squire, she didn't know. After more walking they came upon what appeared to be an abandoned camp site. "So..this is where he lives?" she thought to herself. It only made sense to her, and he had led her straight to it after all. Kyra crossed over the first log, but instead of sitting down she wandered around a bit taking in the sight of it all.

"I've been to the city before, but I had to leave. I didn't have much fun really, but I decided to give it another chance, at least for a while." she turned back to face the squire, and made her way over to the log and sat down. "I don't think I have a way with animals, they don't seem to like me at all." she replied to his question. He asked a lot of questions, much like Kyra did, and his next question was on something she knew a lot about. But instead of answering, the mischievous kelvic turned the questions back on him. "Have you ever killed anything...anyone..squire Kisetukai Yamehaka?"

The way that she talked, was definitely odd. It seemed that she had a lot of things to keep on the inside. Especially when she said that animals weren't to fond of her, that was an understatement seeing her be chased. "Well..." He said softly. He was even more thrown back, when she flipped his question. Changing it to attack him, like persuasion of a rival city. "I see..." He said with a clever smile. "I've only killed animals my dear, and even then I remorse. For animals don't deserve that, but they are in the way at times and must be put down. Yes I have been called many things; blunt, cold, heartless, emotionless, but a killer wouldn't be one of those things...

He gave her a slight chuckle, she was like a box of secrets he didn't want to take out one by one, but rather rip open and be rushed by mountains of it. "You know... You seemed to have had experience with that blade. Especially combat seeing how you were flipping and stuff... A nice slender body must be needed... To do so." He said as he glanced up and down scanning her, in a nonchalant form. "Also you seem like the type of girl with enough stories to last a century. So I'll tell you what... You like questions, I like questions... So how bout we both ask two at a time. To keep things interesting. Game ends when someone can't answer. Or someone gives up and runs out of questions." He shifted in his seat, hoping she would play along, as he prepared himself. "With that being said I will start I off, but to be fair I will only ask one question."

"How many people... Have you killed?"

He said it almost playfully, almost as if the answer he himself wanted was also to be playful. But he was an interrogator, if he had to play around to get answers so be it. It was a very... Delicate situation. And seeing how she was just like him in a way, she would most likely have the same skill as him. Being able to slyly change the subject or twist an answer. Her next answer and questions were vital for him.

But then again it was all in good fun...

It turned out, as the young kelvic learned, that the world was a mix of contradictions, prejudice, lies, and somewhere in the middle of all the chaos was the truth. That truth being, that not all being weren't alike, no matter how many people said they were, or how loud they preached their idle gossip. This man, this squire, had to be the most gentle creature that she had met in years. That is..if he was being truthful. Kyra wasn't sure if he was telling the truth, but his words were different.

He claimed that he'd never killed before, beyond taking the life of an animal and in that he had remorse. She found this especially curious, and he said this to a hunter, to a predator. She didn't laugh however, and instead offered him a witty smile. "I am surprised, a squire who doesn't enjoy violence? Why join the order at all then? Is that not what an army is created for...violence?" her full lips curved further as she leaned back more, her head tilting to the side and allowing her long blondish hair to curl around her neck. "To..conquer?"

But there was more to it, he spoke of remorse, and even said that the animals didn't deserve to die. That had to be the oddest thing he had said to her so far, and yet, she could remember a time when she might have agreed with him. But that was only a dream, a dream that allowed the breath of life which fooled her into thinking it was reality. That time was gone now, and with it the innocent dreamer as well. "Was that your attempt at a joke squire? Did you not know?" she added crossing one leg over the other. "Everybody dies..."

He started to assess her, his thoughts on her skills, her mind, and even her body. Kyra watched him closely as she normally did when speaking with a person and she noticed something. He was enjoying himself, enjoying their chat. She too was finding this fun and her mischievous side was starting to peek. "I suppose that is true, but.. a nice slender body could be used for many things really." The squire proposed a game, and the kelvic was more than willing to play along. He was right about her curious nature, and having the chance to question one of the order was too good to pass up. "I agree..."

The man didn't make it easy however, and his first question was a serious one. It seemed he was not going to be gentle with his questions and started out with the hard stuff. Still, there was no way Kyra was about to admit killing people in front of a squire. Especially when two of the men had been from Syliras. "I guess we have that in common, I've only killed animals as well." It was a half truth, the kelvic had rarely attack anyone without a reason and in most cases, the other had been the aggressor, which in her mind made them out as animals. "Now it is my turn..and I'd like to know, where does a squire's power lie? Is it from a God, or something else?"

This girl was like another version of him... A blonde, cute, sassy personality. She was fine and she knew it. Crossing her leg and agreeing to the game, she gave her answer of only killing animals. Fair enough. He returned with a clever smile, his own laugh filled with fake and good times. "Violence? I'll explain everything to you simply, a girl like you seems to like things simple anyway." He said slyly, of course this was totally false, seeing as she was also an equal when it came to the code game. "A squires power? It rest in the very squire himself, I am firm believer of Lhex and I understand that everyone has a fate. However... Certain squires are not allowed to follow grow stronger, being controlled and restrained by his thoughts and emotions... But if certain said squire was to find out what he loved, what he wanted to fight for... Or worse..." He paused to add effect looking into her colorful eyes. "If he had someone to protect, then he or she could grow to infinite power. Limits are for chumps, and make no mistake your not looking at a chump. So with that being said a squires power..."

"Remains deep in their very being. Only you can decide if you want to be powerful."

"Also, an army? We are mere keepers of peace. Are town is fair, and just, and overall peaceful. You know if you ever wanted to come one day... You know I would hang out with you. A girl like you needs a friend, and not to be by herself in woods." Stressing the 'girl-like-you part. He found his gaze lowering to her crossed legs, his smile saying it all, he was holding back. But it was time to kick it up a notch, definitely time to kick it up. He licked his lips, biting his big bottom lip softly, before letting go with it bouncing. His mouth trailing open seductively with his gaze lowered, he snapped back a bit, with a small wink. "Now... Onto my next question." He spoke out bluntly, hoping to catch the sly girl off guard. "Have you eve witnessed somebody get killed... Describe it for me?" He smiled a bit, his eyes slender and mischievous. "Be very... Illustrious. If you will." Giving her a chuckle, his hope was to throw her off his game.

"A girl like me? Tell me..what kind of girl do you think I am?" He said it, and now she wanted to know what he thought he knew. It was surely presumptuous to claim to know much about a person after such a short time of seeing them. But the kelvic wasn't the type to preach, nor would she normally bother to correct a person when they were wrong, unless she felt that there was a need. She was perfectly content to allow people to believe what they wanted as long as there weren't any negative effects towards her.

Kyra settled in and listened as he answered her question. It was a rather long explanation and she did her best to stay focused throughout. She did learn a few things, that he believed in Lhex and also that power and strength was something that he admired. He wasn't the first that she had met whom were driven by the same passion, and as some might say, might made right. However, this wasn't something that she cared about. At one time, she had looked to align herself with such powerful people in order to seek revenge. But by the end of it all, she learned that she didn't need any help from the powerful and ended up doing it alone.

Suddenly Kyra began to yawn, her back arched, arms rose up and above her head as she stretched. She settled back in and lowered her gaze to find the squire again. "Powerful? Why ever would I want to be powerful squire Kisetukai Yamehaka?" She asked, lightly tapping one of her boots over the other, while her hand rose and gently brushed the hair away from her eyes. "I'm fine on my own." He continued and from what he was saying to her now, the squire sounded just like the soldiers from Ravok.

It was his turn again, and he continued on the subject of death. She found it strange that a person so gentle and hoping for peace to have such interest in death of all things. But in his attempt to catch her off guard, he asked her a question that she wouldn't dare to fake. The one death that she remembered mostly, the one death that she couldn't get out of her mind was the death of her mother and their butler, and that was something she would never lie about.

"There was blood everywhere, all over the floor and on their bodies. The smell was thick and raw, so much so that I almost choked." she paused, her features shifting to a blank stare as she recalled the images to her mind. "Their throats had been slit open, but with so much blood there were probably other wounds." She lifted her gaze to stare directly into his dark eyes as she finished. "And do you know who killed them? It was a man, man that promised to protect them, to fight for them." A sly and calm look graced her face, and she was curious to see his reaction to what she had just told him.

"Now it is my turn again, and I'd like to know...Have you ever wanted to kill anyone, ever try to?"

"What kind of girl you are I don't know exactly yet, but I am sure... I will like it when I find out." K said softly, admiring her a bit. Until that is, she began to answer his question. His smile faded and he seemed to gulp a bit, the way she described it was blunt, and overall killer like. How could a woman who has never killed have such a mentality? It was a horribly disturbing thought, and when she spoke of the blood and slit throats he literally fell backwards from shock. Quickly standing up and dusting himself off, he looked at her with semi serious eyes. Finally sitting back done, his hands on his knees as he caught his breath. "I see... Thanks for the descri-... Ption. I enjoyed it." That was a lie, a total dragged out lie. What she said had really got to him, and it wasn't good.

"Your good at this game." K said happily, as she gave her question. "Have I ever wanted to kill? No... A man like me has no business killing, I'd much rather beat an opponent into submission but death is a no no... Unless it is mandatory. Nor have I wanted to... Death is a bad thing in my book so I tend to stay away from it." He said with a chuckle but then snapped to a serious face.  "But I can say however, that my... Brother, is a killer and it's hard to control him. Of course he has nothing to do with the situation. So with that being said no, no I do not." He notice enough about her, enough to be amused by her various reactions. "I see that your not a fan of boring lectures and such... So I'll give you one that might wake you up." He smiled as he glanced at her legs once more then back at her soft face. "Am I looking at... A virgin? Wanna describe your first time?" He was attempting to really catch her off guard, not some creep who wanted an erotic story. He was just hoping for her to admit defeat. But then again...

Kyra was just like him...

Kyra wondered if he really meant what he said. If he really would like her more once he got to know her. It was often hard to tell how people would react, while many were kind and polite, there were those who enjoyed hurting others, and then those people who were just jerks period. But it seemed that he wasn't ready for what she told him and she watched curiously as his features changed and he almost fell. It was a brutal story and he had asked for details, and so he got them.

"Did you really enjoy it?"

She had to ask, because that too was an odd and somewhat disturbing thing for him to say. Kyra started to wonder if she had been wrong about him the whole time. He seemed gentle at first, but the more they talked it seemed that he had a darkness within him. Maybe he had never killed, but it seemed that he was curious about doing so, and if that was the case, all he would need is a little push. He went on to answer her question, and she learned that he had a brother, and this brother was a killer. If this was true, it would explain his fascination with death at least.

The next question was a surprise, the squire quickly shifting the conversation from death to sex. Kyra blinked curiously, she had no idea how a person could jump from one subject to the other as if they were similar, did he think them similar? "Are you talking about sex?" she asked arching a brow. The man was very curious about her personal life, but she didn't see how knowing such things could benefit him. Kyra lifted a finger and lightly tapped it against her lip as she rolled her eyes upward and tried to think back. "I don't remember it clearly...she had red hair, and she was tall. I remember she talked funny, but she was very nice and she kissed me a lot."

It was her turn again, and his last question had her curious to where this was all supposed to lead. "Now it is my turn.." she said with a sly smirk. "If you had a chance to impress a girl that you liked, and you could only do this with four words...what would you say to her?"

K looked at her explanation, a bit with a smile but on the inside fire was burning his organs. A les... Why did she have to roll that way? Or perhaps since she was a bit flirtatious, she went both ways but still... Girls with girls was something he really hated. For so many reasons that shouldn't be named or listed, it was wrong to be blunt and say the least. He smiled an nodded, showing her that he was listening, and that he understood. Then her question came, and boy was it a thinker... Four words to say to a girl to impress her. K gave out a chuckle as she finished, it seemed that she was clever and probably thought she had him. But K was not only an interrogator, he was a smooth talker. A very smooth talker, who has had his many nights where his skill was put to the test.

"Four words? I see..." He said softly. "First of all... I don't have to try to impress women. After you see all this I'm pretty sure it's hard to control your animalistic desires." He said gesturing himself with a hearty laugh like a hyena. "But if I wanted to impress a girl with only four measly words..." He acted as if it it only took him a moment to find out, but in all actuality he used his previous words as a stalling attempt to think. "I would say... How do you taste." He literally jumped up, laughing again as he blurted out more answers. "No in all actuality I'd probably say something nice and comforting if I wanted to go for the sappy guy role. You know like, I'll always protect you?"

He leaned in a bit, looking at her sharply. "But that's not me... I'm not that guy and find no reason to bet around the bush or lie. I'm flat out with women, and seduction is boring... So I'd truly just say, what time what place." "This way, she can see my dominance and understand that I'm the alpha... Because I'm always the alpha." He leaned back and pushed his fists into his palm popping and cracking knuckles. Then giving her a small right eyebrow arch, he had a faint smirk. "So what about you? What would you say to a guy you wanted to impress in four words?"

Kyra leaned back further and stretched her legs out a bit more. She felt another yawn coming on, and parted her lips to release the air from within. However, nothing happened and she simply closed her mouth and started to lightly sway her feet side to side again. She moved her head a bit from side to side as well, though not nearly as fast and the whole time she kept her eyes on him. It was obvious that he liked her, but what he was trying to do didn't make a lot of sense. She wondered where he could possibly be going with this line of questions.

First he mentioned sex and then he wanted to talk about death and murder, now he wanted to talk about sex again. It was odd and if the young kelvic tried to draw a mental line to connect all of the scattered fragments that made up their conversation, she would likely end up with something unnerving and surely illegal. Still, he seemed to be enjoying himself and Kyra wanted to solve this puzzle. He answered her question with a proud and cocky attitude, but his answer hadn't been anything she would have expected.

"Is that really what you would say?" she asked curiously, her features wrinkled with confusion. "Is that the sort of thing women in Syliras like to hear?" she had to asked, she didn't know him well enough and it was hard to tell if he was serious or just showing off. Kyra understood that the game was one question per turn, but she couldn't stop herself. His answers begged more questions. "Did you say...you were an alpha? Does that mean you're a dog?" She almost asked if he was a kelvic wolf, but she didn't sense anything animal like from him. Lust maybe, but that was more a human thing than animal.

It was his turn again and he chose to ask the same question of her. Kyra sat up then, and pulled her legs in so that they were almost crossed by her knees. She leaned forward, the long blondish locks falling off and over her shoulders and covering mostly what cleavage was now visible due to the size of the vest that she wore. Kyra never had the need to impress a man, it just didn't happen. She walked into a room and they wanted her, as simple as that, she didn't have to say anything. In fact, if her memory was correct they never cared to hear her talk anyway. "Hello, I am Kyra....That is what I would say." Perhaps he would take her answer as being hubris, but it was true. She only had to say her name and men were already trying to undress her."It's my turn, and I want you to tell me...how does one become a full Knight?"

Ghost In The Darkness (Kise)

K watched as the cute girl leaned forward, his eyes naturally lowering, he was disappointed by her braid swinging down obstructing his sweet view. She had a nice body, a slim 'I-care-about-my-body' type of thing going on. It was delicious, if that was the correct word to describe it, and he wanted to taste. Sarcastically sliding his tongue out, he slipped it back in with a chuckle. "Do I seem that low?... I guess I am a dog, although if anything I'm light on my feet, so one might see me as a cat. But then again... I am pretty dominant... Nah I'm a dog. Your right!" He said smiling, a bit confused, but still happy.

After listening to her statement, he couldn't lie to himself, he was definitely impressed. As she spoke earlier, he could hear the cockiness she possessed and of course... It was only more attracting. Smiling back at her, he leaned forward when she did, looking directly into her eyes. "That's it? All you gotta say is your name huh... That's nice." He said softly, his lusty voice crisping with the bass he powered. "I like that, that cockiness... It's cute. But maybe I should show you mines... Some of my.. Cockiness." He giggled with the dirty code he was using, as he leaned back, thinking and listening to her question. His eyes opening up, leaving her's as he leaned back and stood up. Sighing a bit to himself, he tightened up his tactical gloves, looking away from her. "You know... It's funny. I don't know if your just curious, normally I'd love to preach about the order, but now I'm a bit paranoid." He said as he took a step back and threw a practice jab, his gaze turning cold as he looked back at her. "You could always be a spy, hoping to squeeze information out of me... But it looks like today you grew unlucky, for you chose the wrong squire." He slid off his shirt, tightening and warming up his hands he bounced a little.

"It really is a curse but I can't help it... I just have to be safe so you have two options. Leave me be, and return to wherever you live... Or if you resist and try to gain more knowledge than you need... Then I will have to use force." He said sharply, his smile being charming yet a bit playful. "I'd hate to ruin such a pretty face... But I don't respect a spy. With that being said... What is your choice?" He stared at her, waiting for an answer. His shirt hanging from his back right pocket, he was ready to hurt her if he had to, although he would rather she just left. He had the strange notion that she was a spy, who planned all of this, and was planning on taking information from him. Expecting that he had it all figured out, he was ready to end it and make a story he would tell his patron later. All that mattered was what the femme fatale would do next...

"I like you Kyra... But not that much to where I would betray my city. So don't go trying to explain your lies..."
