Kyra smiled sweetly and just stared at him, it seemed that the man didn't know what he was. His claim to be a cat, although it was only for a moment, was dismissed right off. There was nothing cat-like about him. More brute than lean, and it appeared he enjoyed strength rather than finesse. Even so, if he had been a cat, she may have liked him more, because Kyra hated dogs with a passion. "I don't like dogs. Dogs are clumsy, loud, and stupid....you would have been better off a cat." There was something about overconfidence that gave her an itch to scratch, but for the moment the kelvic behaved herself.
"You think I am cocky? I am not. What I told you is the honest truth." She meant every word of it. The squire asked the question and she answered. She tilted her head to the side, her golden eyes rolling up as she gently tapped her lip in thought. "Sometimes I don't even have to say that much.." The squire spoke of showing Kyra his cockiness and she could only smile thinking that was all he had done so far either way.
She had been expecting another question about sex or death, but he turned their game over right in front of her. Apparently her question had been too much, and he no longer wished to play. Kyra could tell this was happening, she could see the change in his features and by him standing up and throwing a practice jab only made it more clear. And so, she did the same, pulling herself up and taking a step back. Things were about to get very interesting now.
"You think I am a spy?" Who exactly am I spying for?" she asked with a giggle. The man was funny, she had to admit, but he was stepping into dangerous territory. "You are wrong about me squire Kisetukai Yamehaka...and it seems that I was wrong about you." The moment that the squire moved to take off his shirt, Kyra reached over her shoulder and pulled her short bow off and held it downward. Her other hand reached up and lightly pulled an arrow from the quiver on her back and notched it into the bow. "Not another step dog." Kyra demanded as she took two more steps backwards and raised her bow to aim the arrow onto his chest.
"Oh dear squire Kisetukai Yamehaka..You have lost our game, and that makes me the winner. But..I suppose that lost isn't much when you're about to lose your life." She smiled wickedly, lightly sliding her tongue across her feline fangs. "Since we like each other so very much, I suppose I should warn you. This arrow has been touched with the powerful magic of lightening. One shot and you'll be expecting a meeting with Dira." The magical arrows that she spoke of contained glyphed scrolls created for her by a powerful mage in Ravok. The young kelvic didn't need skills in magic to use the item, she only needed to aim.
"I should also tell you that the last time I fired one of these arrows into a tree it exploded. So..in case you were thinking about running and hiding..I wouldn't advise it." Kyra narrowed her eyes and focused her aim on the center of his large body. She didn't want to take out a limb, that would have been boring. The young, mischievous kelvic wanted to zap a hole right through his body. "Now..take off all of your clothing and lie face down on the ground....like a good dog." she said in a sweet tone while taking another step back.
