While Sylira is by far the most civilized region of Mizahar, countless surprises and encounters await the traveler in its rural wilderness. Called the Wildlands, Syliran's wilderness is comprised of gradual rolling hills in the south that become deep wilderness in the north. Ruins abound throughout the wildlands, and only the well-marked roads are safe.

Spring 14, AV 513

Another night. The last night she spent here. The next day, they will go on a journey with her kelvic. They found the Kabrin road and Eida was going on that for a bit. She was curious what place they will go to. Walking on the road, alone as his friend was somewhere else. Everything was sleeping and quiet. Following her father's light Eida was thinking deep in her mind. Often philosophizing about her purpose and her life Eida always came out the same thing. Why did it have to happen? Why her father had to suffer in the cataclysm? Why the world had to suffer? Maybe the world wasn't as wonderful as she thought. But that's why she was here. To bring hope and protect everything, to light everything. Eida looked up at Leth. She was always amazed how bright he could be. She smiled on him and walked forward. She was here for a reason...She knew it.

As Eida was walking and walking and trying to see what could she do, she was worrying about that she is too far from her place. She could go back along the road but it was a bit scary. She then noticed someone on the road. It was far and even with Leth's light was hard to tell who was it. She slowed down. As she went little closer and closer she noticed that the person has horns like herself. Could be another Ethaefal? Yes Eida was sure he was a Son of Leth. She was so glad that she found someone. Her feeling about the loss appeared but as always she let that feeling go and went closer to him. The excitement and happiness were gleaming in her eyes. As she reached him she smiled at the other ethaefal and introduced herself without hesitation or fear.

"What a glorious night to meet under Leth's light. Good evening, I'm Eida priestess and daughter of Leth and as I can see you are his son!"

Glorious night indeed. It was still silent and peace everywhere. It was suprising to meet another Ethaefal, another child of Leth.

This night had not been busy. Usually sales for his quaint shop of arcane tinkerings would die down after Syna had decided to rest, as per normal business hours in most cities. However, for the ethaefal that only meant that travelers would seek shelter, and the ramshackle inn that he had bought over from the previous owner was better than simply being in the wilds. It had been leveled by the Djed Storm of 512 AV, but the owners were unable to afford renovating and fixing the damage in the aftermath. This led to it now looking like a mix of old and new a combination of a burned out shell casing affixed with newer, more modern looking improvements that Eridanus had added to it.

He was out for a breath of fresh air, and though he was usually covered by a loose cloak and hood that veiled most of his body and appearance, this time when he was away from people he lifted the hood off his head, taking the opportunity to breath in the fresh night air.

The light is bright today, he noted, though honestly he doubted if his father even remembered him. It had been too many years for that to be true; that was what he convinced himself. Yet, he was not a Fallen, for within him still remained that inkling of hope, that tiny seed of optimism that it might not be true. That was the anchor, along with his renewed belief in the worship of several other gods, that kept him from a down spiral of depression and insanity.

Then he met another of his own. Disbelief clouded his eyes especially, though a little intermingled with appreciation for meeting another one of his kind. He had been far too lonely these days, and he was beginning to convince himself that Leth had rescued all of his children except himself - which resulted in the rarity of his kind.

"It is, dear sister," He grinned, celestial glamor exuding out of his smile as he took eyes upon her form. She was every a bit as beautiful, otherworldly and terrifyingly attractive as him. Whether it was by design or by virtue of their heavenly heritage, the true form of the ethaefals were a sight to behold.

"Are you perhaps a traveler upon these lands seeking for shelter? I have a humble abode that might serve your needs; protection from the wild and the elements might be just what you need."

Shining as the Moon, himself. Leth's children represnting it and as Eida was smiling at him she saw something in his eyes. She didn't want to bother him with it first. It would be rude. She rather asked his name first. As it was a long time and the next they will start to travel she wasn't sure to accept it or not. She didn't want to leave her kelvic alone but they were all wander around to get prepeared. And she was at the Kabrin road. It couldn't hurt.

"Can I ask your name brother? And would like to ask you that how are you at this night?"

She wanted to be gentle. Just slowly and maybe she will know something. She wanted to help him... to light his hope as she promised to his father. As she was still looking at him she was still smiling although she felt the loss a bit. There was something in him. Eida was thinking for moments if she should go with him or not. But she promised something and they couldn't go so far anyway. She accepted it. She could use some rest anyway if not stay long at least a comfortable place to talk would be great for both of them.

"Well I think so. I'm a traveler. The next night I and my kelvic friend will travel from here to a new place. But I could rest a bit for this night. Please guide me there!"

Protection from the wild. She looked around. She spent a long time there. There were a lot dangerous situation and animals or else.. Like that night with the hunters. She looked at her gnosis mark. She will never forget that nightmare night... but also it was a blessing for her.

"I am known as Syreus Ehm Sol upon these lands. Then again, names are transient for our kind, aren't they not, sister?" Eridanus responded, giving the alias that he used now after he hoped to himself to live a more quieter and peaceful life, having been hauled from end of Mizahar to another to avert countless disasters - from Alvadas to Sahova and everywhere in between. "Then again, we do have names, do we?" He added in a soft, subtly bitter voice referring to the divine names that they had, but forgotten upon losing their celestial status.

"Please follow me then, sister, and do let me know what you wish to be addressed as," He finished, turning around and gesturing for her to follow him.

It only took a short while before they arrived at his inn. It was in the midst of what looked like a bomb site - the results of a grand complex with multiple buildings reduced to rubble in the Djed Storm, the debris and crumbling stones still remaining throughout. The only building standing was the makeshift shop and inn that Eridanus operated, itself an ugly patchwork of old and new, and it was easy to see what remained of the old building, and what was added to it to make it liveable.

"It's not a nice sight now," He commented, "But the primary goal now is to make this place functional before we can talk about aesthetics."

As he led her to the door, he opened it and brought her to the lobby that was the main connecting entrance to the various corridors and rooms.

"Don't you have to bring your friend here too? Also, if you're traveling you might have use for certain... arcane trinkets that I sell as well, if you wish to survey them."

Think about that she had a celestial name she couldn't pronounce here. She only heard it but no longer say it. She gave herself a name. But it always all right. She agree it doesn't but this how others recognized them. She can't even remember her celestial name. No longer hear the voice in her head. She forget it and no longer able to remember it as she doesn't remember her past. She nodded to him.

"This is true Syreus. But we live here now so this how they adress us, like we adressed each other with our old names long time ago. You can call me sister or Eida I don't mind either of them. "

A short walk. Eida relived a bit they didn't have to go so far. It was a building there. Not so fascinating but didn't look that bad. They started to rebuild the inn but it needed much more work to do for it. She didn't mind to be here at all. Beside she was glad they start to make an inn there for others. It was nice from his brother that he took care of it. She stepped in the lobby. Lot rooms connected there. As Syreus asked her if she should brought her kelvic friend and use arcane trinkets she suddenly started to think. She didn't want to spend all night here because she had to go back she couldn't brought him there as they go travel anyway. And the trinkets... She was curious about it.

"Don't worry about it. It is so nice to see you found yourself a porpuse such like this. Not the most beautiful inn but it will be... and it can save lifes. About my friend it's okay I'll go back to him soon. As I said we will have a journey. And.. yes I'm curious about those arcane trinkets. How much are they? What can they do? "

Checked if her pocket is with her with the money in it she would bring anything if it's helping. Who knows what will find them.

[Eridanus' inn, Kabrin Road] Road of the siblings (Eridanus)

"It is nice to meet you, Sister Eida. There are quite many rooms vacant actually, and the rooms are mostly for convenience; I don't turn much of a profit from them, frankly speaking," Eridanus replied, for he merely renovated the inn since most of the foundations were already there. He made most of his income from his job as a wizard anyway.

"Well, it honestly depends on what you want and what you're looking for," He said in response to her question. "I have quite an interesting variety at stock, and it generally depends on your proficiency of usage with magic. The most important question, however, would be whether you can use magic? Because what I am going to suggest will be very different," He probed, curious if this fellow child of Leth was as attracted to arcana as he was.

He had a budding theory that celestial children like the ethaefal would be naturally attracted to magic, because the magic available to mortals were a mundane expression of the same djed present in the Ukalas, of which the gods wielded an insurmountable quality and amount of djed that it had to be reclassified as divine djed - at the lowest level present in the presence and usage of gnosis abilities. Perhaps it was a subconscious desire to retain some sort of connection to the Ukalas, and a connection with djed - and therefore by mingling with magic - could serve as a poor substitute for that feeling. It was better than nothing at all.

"Tell me though," Eridanus muttered, though he did not really expected to be answered. "Has Leth answered your calls since being stranded here?"

Eida looked around. Only one night she could spend there and they would meet at the morning with Arckhebohn. Her smile has gone as she was thinking deeply. Magic. She never really used any just her gnosis mark. It could be dangerous? And what kind? Eida didn't want any serious or any dangerous only something defensive, which could help out from a very extreme situation. She looked at him again with a confused face and with a slightly smile. She showed her wrist as she was answering to him.

"I've never really used any magic. Only the one I have gotten from our father. And something easy which could be useful in a dangerous situation. Something defensive maybe?"

She didn't really bother herself with magic. But she admitted maybe in unknown place it could be useful. As Syreus asked about Leth she didn't think a lot because she knew the answer. She believed if he didn't answer with words Leth helped her with his actions. It was enough for her. And when it pleases her father they will meet again and will share their thoughts again. But that comes after a time. Even it was a mutter she nodded on the question.

"Yes! Which could be a better example then his gnosis mark. I was in trouble in the wilds. He saved me and punished those ... men. He asked me to be his priestess. I can thank him a lot and you know even he doesn't answer to my calls with words he does it with his actions."

An ethaefal who was positive about her life. Maybe she was like that because she was lucky to meet somebody who could help her out. Or because Leth saved her. But anyhow Eida found her purpose in Mizahar in a short time.
