. . Thorin's Forge . . While not as widely known as The Defiled Blade, Thorin's Forge is a relatively large an important establishment in Ravok. The Defiled Blade handles weapons and armor crafting for the Ebonstryfe and private individuals, but Thorin's Forge handles just about all other forms of metal working for the city. From horseshoes to iron fences, nails, and the hammers to drive those nails, Thorin's Forge does it all. It is run by Thorin Valdinox, the son of one of the daughters of the head of the family herself. Only a quarter Isur, Valdinox still possess the gift of Izentor, and is willing to imbue items on special request, and at a hefty fee. He, along with his apprentices, work all day and sometimes into the night filling orders and crafting whatever the city needs. They will work with any metal, save for Isurian steel, which is something only an Isur can work. Thorin's Forge is located within the Docks district, along the north side of the city, surrounded by warehouses as is the norm for that part of the city. Thorin chose the spot specifically for that reason, as he was able to purchase a rather large warehouse and convert it into a decent sized working space to craft and store all manner of metal creations. Entering the forge, one is unlikely to be greeted right away, as all the smiths are usually busy working. Thorin can be found in his office during the first and last bells of the work day, to receive new orders and do any paperwork that needs to be done, but otherwise he is usually busy and does not like to be bothered. Anyone visiting the forge at other times will usually be helped by an apprentice, if they can get their attention.
