The dawn was breaking over the rooftops of Syliras as the first inhabitants of the city were flowing out into the streets. Setting up stands, shows, opening up shops, it was all fun to look at with these tired eyes on the other side of which was Elliot. He did not get any sleep last night so he was a bit nervous, and a bit mroe shaken up than usual, but he did not want to sleep yesterday after all so it is all his fault to begin with, therefore no reason to be mad at anyone but himself.
Still blinking heavily, cause he was getting acustomed to the new light too slowly, ot the light was coming too quickly, either way, he had to smirk his bloodshot eyes in order to see properly. Going through the mass that was mostly going the opossite direction made him wonder what are they all moving away from? A home? The dark? And than it made him wonder about how is the dark being so quickly conquered by the light and vice versa.
Passing through the mass was easy as he was now standing in what seemed to be a deserted part of the street looking around thinking should he take a turn left, or the turn right. As his thoughts were carying him away from reality, he was now on the edge of falling asleep while standing, but it was far too dangerous to sleep in the streets just like that, he know at least so much. His thoughts were suddenly interupted as he heard footsteps behind him, and he was glad there was someone moving this way too, after all it was one hell of a boring morning.
