Both eyes budged left, slowly turning away from the sight of Kouri, peering over to the continuous sight of trees rowed together which led a straight path. Feelings of slight fear, annoyance and utter confusion built in, charging with sheer revulsion as it broke Larry's calm state piece by piece. She didn't knew exactly how to react, now that a slight pinch of malignancy tainted the ghost's way of speaking and had withered the solemn atmosphere Larry had hoped to maintain. Her volcanic temper had arose within, trying the best that she can to collect her patience and not erupt fully with her violent tongue. But she still urged to say something, not after being called 'miss', hearing it alone with her ever-sensitive ears filled her with much discomfort, something which she just couldn't abide to withstand. Though she did have the courage to say something to redeem herself, saying it in a polite manner was somewhat, impossible for her to accomplish.
After ideas stormed her mind, she brought her eyes back, meeting up with Kouri's bodily figure. Her temper which boiled up inside shifted as she replaced it with something comfortable to ease up her mood. Her right hand reached over her delicate white cream hair, brushing it sideways and created a slight bit of a mess. She harrumphed, closed both of her eyes for a bit then met Korui's face as she opened them back abruptly. "Miss......" she snickered "you see... I really don't feel comfortable by being called......Miss" she ended with a soft friendly voice but with a slight element of harshness conflated to it. "Please do call me by my nickname, Larry. If we were to be friends that is" Though she spoke courageously polite all of a sudden, She kind of felt weaker on the inside knowing that this kind of conversation somehow sounded like someone pleading for a life to be spared.
"So, can't we?" Larry questioned, ending up with a slightly incoherent point "Be friends I mean. Allies, Comrades, Pals, whatever you are satisfied with" She felt uncomfortable for a moment giving a deliberate thought about the words she just said. It sounded ridiculous, as if she was making a master out of Kouri. "And yeah, maybe I'll take that corpse back. I can't imagine myself ....eating it." After what Kouri said about eating it, made her shiver with utter repugnance, but she did thought about it. The beast's fur might serve well as a good exchange for a couple of gold mizas.
A scent of death fluctuated the air, polluting all throughout with its foul aroma. It's ambiance cruised in with the breeze, embracing each other with the loathsome scent fused and as it danced about, it found it's way over to Larry's nostrils bringing in sheer aversion and a vile feeling. Larry coughed several times, almost felt nauseous from smelling the dead body alone. She panted heavily then jerked her hands on thin air, fluttering it hoping for the smell to deviate from the path it follows which seemed to be straight towards her nostrils. It was disturbing, her senses almost fell in distortion but she managed to gather herself as the scent subsided. Oh, how am I going to get this petching dung back to the city? The sudden thought flustered her.
Continuing, she looked back at Kouri and was oddly intrigued if she ever smelled the foul scent. Larry breathed a sigh, a worn-out one, giving thoughts to herself about going back to the city. She struck a gleeful smile in-front of Kouri, as if she just woke up from a cozy slumber. "So, I actually have no idea where you're from but What brings you here? in the woods? If you might ask, I planned to train myself here but apparently, I failed miserably on my first attempt but heh, I'm not giving up just yet. It's still the middle of the day and I have lots of time before sunset arrives."
