When it is Kalimalka's turn to queue up at the receptionists desk she quietly steps forward, offers a blank registration form, and says, rather sheepishly, "I can't read." When the secretary asks her the questions orally Kali answers honestly, her pale blue eyes watching as the charcoal scratches across the paper as the secretary jots down the notes: Name: Kalimalka Race: Kelvic (Zypherian) Age: 3 Relevant Skills: Hunting, wilderness survival, tracking Preferred Employment: Hunting Expected Stay In Syliras: A few years "And I need somewhere to stay", the Kelvic interrupts, "Somewhere a bit more permanent. Do you have any suggestions?"

[Wade]

1st Summer, 513

Wade had spent quite a lot of time hunting toward the end of Spring, trying to sustain himself and his sister with as little money as possible. Now that he was alone, his hunting skills were the only things that might provide him a bit of a living. If he couldn't get a job at that, he might have to resign himself to a low paying job doing something else.

He filled out the form and approached the desk to speak to an employee.

Rion entered the employment office cautiously. He had been practicing his morphing abilities often prior to leaving his home. Often enough that he was confident that he would be able to hold his human transformation long enough so that he wouldn't be flogged by the community for being a Symenestra. He knew he needed a job, though. He would never fit in with everyone else if he stayed in his room all day reading textbooks. Plus, he could always use the extra money.

Approaching the front desk, he locked eyes with the woman standing there and gave a quick smile. He had noted previously that it would draw suspicion if he remained reclusive. He looked over the desk, grabbed a sheet of paper that he assumed to be the form, and sat down to fill it out.

Sei had just entered the employment office. See took in the building. Walking forward to the counter, Sei looked at the secretary who handed him a sheet. Sei signed the sheet and handed it back. The secretary took the sheet and looked it over:

The secretary then put it in a pile of papers and strated to look over others. Sei went to the door and left.
"Well that was lighter than I thought." He said as the door closed behind him. Sei turned to leave.

"Bloody hell", Nathan murmured as he stood in front of the employment office. "Money's getting harder to come by this days.", He sigh, then throwing away his piece of cigar that he had been smoking on. "Well you gotta work if you want to eat"He said to himself. He calmly entered the building, with both hand inside his pant's pocket. He looked around, and then he grab a sheet from the stack and began filling it out. Nathan appears to be recalling something,then giving his sheet of paper, he smiled and said. "Hello there,i was just wondering are you by any chance related to madam Trega? You somehow looks like her.", "Oh, how rude of me, talking and asking questions without even introducing my name, forgive my negligence." He extended his hand out and said "My name is Nathan, Nathan Wynter, son of John Wynter, great great grandson of a distant relative of Liam Dyres. Please to meet you." Nathan said, while bowing. After making his short introduction, he stood up straight and then ask, "Oh, and by the way i was just wondering if there are any job available that suits my skills?"

At this point the people were coming in packs, and Trega's helper was having to go into the back and gather more forms and even hand write up a few new ones. On Trega's end it was just as busy, and she had more than one odd request and those who had no idea what they wanted to do for work. But the next in line gave her a small shock. A young blind boy looking for work.

"Hello young man." Trega said as he took the sheet and looked it over. " A clerk I see..and what type of clerk may I ask?"

To say that the employment office didn't get a lot of races would be an out right lie. The city had more than it's share of visitors and many of them weren't human. Still, even with so many coming through they were still looked upon with wary. It would be no different in this case. Trega had meet Sith before, but she was polite enough just the same.

"Hello there. I do believe the Broken Casket could use a cook. But you could also check the other taverns as well."

"Hello and welcome." Trega said as she took the form. "An Interrogator, well the Knights have their own Interrogators, you could try private work I suppose."

Trega called the next man up and took a look at his sheet. " I don't believe anyone has filled the needed positions at the Soothing Waters. you could try there."

Trega was surpised to see Matthew again, and had wondered if his first job had failed. Then she read his sheet and saw that he wanted two jobs. "Matthew dear, if you are doing your job correctly..you won't have time for a second." she added with a chuckle.

Kalimalka

Trega didn't mind helping the young woman write up her form. She wasn't the first to come in unable to read or write. Trega only hoped that the woman could count. "Another hunter. Good enough, I do hope you can count?" She added with a frown. "I think it may be easier for you to stay at the travelers row. Or if you enjoy the docks view the broken casket."

Wade

Trega called up the young hunter and took his sheet with a kind smile. "Oh and we have more hunters. Good luck out there, and you should find it easy to sell your kills in the city."

Rion

"Hello, hello, lets have a look." Trega smiled and took the sheet. "There is an Apothecary Shop here who could use an Herbalist, if you're interested."

Nathan

Trega chuckled at the man's words as she took the sheet and looked it over. He seemed to think she looked..like herself, but didn't know that she was..herself. "I am Trega dear and are you looking to work for the Knights?"

[Shiyami]

Walling in Materialized, to hopefully not annoy anyone within the building if he started floating through walls, was Shiyami. With his left eye closed, he nodded at the receptionist. Icing up on of the forms, he barely managed to write down the required information, in rough, uneven, messy, but still readable words. Although he crossed the age out once. Knowing humans, they would believe that his appearance dictates his age. Finished writing, he glanced at the entrance, to make sure Kimi was still waiting. Clearly she was, as the box that he left behind with her was being used as a bed. Sighing audibly, he handed the form in.

Nathan was surprised and a little bit ashamed.He quickly bowed. After his quick bow he stood up straight, straightened his clothes,then he said"Ahh, so that's why you looked like madam Trega, because you are indeed madam Trega herself, pardon me ma'am,I thought you are a distant relative or twin of madam Trega.Once again forgive me ma'am."He continued,"Yes ma'am, do the knights accept advocates?"Nathan replied with a smile.

Trega called to the next person to step forward and took their sheet. She noticed the crossed out number, but assumed it was a mistake and continued to read on.

"I think that I can help you, but you're going to have to give me more to work with than that."

"I don't believe they are at the moment, but perhaps soon. Was there something else you'd like to do in the mean time?"
