Astrid managed to catch herself without Fox noticing, sighing relief she smiled
“My entire life has been spent in this city, apart from the few months I left to pick up Shayra.”
Astrid wondered what it must have been like traveling long distances, She smiled when her pup began to spin around chasing her tail Astrid began to lead them slowly towards the docks.
“How long are you here for Fox?”
Astrid felt at total comfort walking along beside fox… She paused for a moment when it hit her. Eyes widening in shock she blinked slowly then came to a full stop, she felt Fox pull slightly on her hand until he realised that she had come to a stop. Barely moving she tried to remember what her brother had told her about bounding…

Fox looked into Astrid's eyes for a minute, and then he leant in and kissed her softly on the lips. He didn't know why he kissed her, but he did. As he kissed her he squeezed her hand softly. It was clear now, if it wasn't before, how he felt about her. He had felt that way about only two other peope in his life. After a couple of minutes he broke the kiss and looked into her eyes, smiling softly.
