Ingvar's Cottage
Ingvar found this hidden gem of a one-room cottage at the foot of the Zastoska Mountains, overlooking the Matthews Bay, about half a bell's walk away east of the Denvali Quarter, purchasing it from the son of a newly-deceased couple at a relatively cheap price (but using the majority of his mizas in the process).
Having taken the effort to clean up its exterior, Ingvar has made it more aesthetically-pleasing to the eye than before. Made of good-quality stone, the cottage has weathered many a storm, and is undamaged except for a gaping hole in the side facing the sea, which was created by the Djed Storm of 512 AV. Ingvar has only managed incomplete repairs so far, and it is blocked by a crude wooden fence with a simple iron lock.
If one were to enter it, its interior would not be as pleasant-looking as its exterior, for they would see very few pieces of furniture - merely a brick-lined hearth set at the side of the cottage, with another unusable fireplace at the other corner (due to an error on the part of the builder), a simple bunk with straw mattress included, a table and chair at the foot of the bed and a small, though sturdy, chest of oak wood set in the rough alcove formed by the incomplete fireplace.
