Faraluun
Child of Leth For so long, he'd been lost and confused, driven constantly to seek the reason why he'd fallen. The search brought him across the span of Mizahar, making various alliances in the process, while contenting himself with aiding the woman who'd had given him so much. Eventually, this exhausting quest for Aerla came to a disastrous end, leaving him more confused than ever, and aimlessly he wandered till he found the pleasant shores of Mura. In that land, populated by the Konti seers, he found understanding in coming to the conclusion that perhaps his presence here, on this world was an accident, and not for any specific reason that he'd been searching for. With that in mind, he's decided to make the best of his presence on this world, starting with learning what he can about his past life while staying on the peaceful island of Mura. Constant Traits: Determined Faraluun has dedicated himself to finding lost knowledge of the past. He realizes this endeavor is expensive and dangerous, but to him, these are just minor obstacles that can be overcome with concentrated effort. His life spent across the span of Mizahar has given him a taste for the power that can be found in knowledge, and magic. He believes that before he can begin searching for the lost knowledge of the past, he must establish himself as a powerful force in the world, and he will stop at nothing to overcome this 'obstacle'. Zealous When it comes to what he has dedicated himself to, he is overly protective, obsessive with planning, and paranoid for those that would try to stop him. His passion for his work makes him rather defensive towards those who question him, and dangerous to those who get in his way. There is nothing he would not do to accomplish his goals. He realizes that there is value in criticism, yet it is something he has to constantly work at accepting as just that, and not taking it personally. Constant Traits: Patient With a patience born of having achieved an exalted status, followed by years of searching after his fall, Faraluun has learned that all things come in their time. The most complex plans after all take a while to implement, and from his perspective, it gives him plenty of time to prepare. He believes whole heartedly in waiting for the perfect moment to strike, because after all to strike to soon or too late would be foolish and put him at a disadvantage. Aloof So consumed with his own purpose, he tends to be rather distant around others, and uninterested in their lives unless his sees them as potentially useful to his cause. Even then, he sees little value in developing a personal relationship with those he comes to ally himself with, seeing it as more disadvantageous than not. |
