Character Concept: Danderion is a more cheerful fellow, handling many tasks with enthusiasm. He believes that there are good people and bad people alike, and this fact cannot be changed. He retains a neutral stance on most political matters and combats, however will fight should he, the ones close to him or his home be in danger.
History: Born and raised in the hold of Snowsong in Avanthal, he followed his father’s profession of a carver for the first decade of his life. However, one day his father received a request for a lute, issued by a minstrel in Snowsong. Enthusiastic as always, Danderion desperately wanted to help, and went hunting with his father, in order to obtain intestines to string the lute. The hunt went relatively successfully, with them killing a wolf using spears, and his father also carefully showed him where each part of the body lay in the animal. They then proceeded to chop down a tree, his father pointing out which ones were good for carving and which ones not.
The materials being acquired, they went back home, making the strings, carving the wood into a lute with intricate patterns and finally tensioning the strings. When it was all done, his father tested the lute with a piece, and Danderion immediately realised the beauty of music. After this, he strived to become a musician.
Thus he started playing the lute and writing pieces of his own, moved to Snowsong Hold and mostly ceased carving. And that is where he is today.
