Be patient - We have our own social life outside of photo editing box codes and banners for others. Role playing is one of our favourite past times, and it is why we joined Mizahar in the first place. We might not get to your request right away, so be forewarned if you find yourself waiting curiously from anywhere to a few days to a couple weeks. Waiting your turn in a calm manner is very essential to this rule as well.
Fill out the form - The form is your ticket in receiving your design request. It irritates us most when we get back forms that aren't filled out or are only partially finished. It takes time out of our day to try to comprehend what you desire, seeing as how it is easy to fill in the blanks. If you don't have a response for one of the topics discussed in your order form, just simply mark it with an N/A.
Send finished form through a private message - To escape from the clutter of other posts besides those of our designs in this thread, we ask of you to not post your requests here. Please send us a private message of your completed form. We will happily send you a message back stating that we have received your request. To those of you who disobey this rule out of failure to read or out of common annoyance will have their posts ignored.
Be respectful & co-operative - We might not create your 'perfect mental image' the first time around, and we understand this. We make designs for players for fun just like you as players role play and thread with others for fun. If you sincerely dislike your design whatever the case may be, please send your creator a private message indicating so, so that they can change it or start fresh on a new one.
Credit our work - We like to be known for what we do, and all the help we can get is greatly encouraged. It is most vexing when someone steals another piece of work without noting who the creator is. It annoys us when people take our work or ideas as one of their own. A simple note of courtesy stating who the creator of your design is will be most appreciated.
Save your designs - We seriously enforce this rule as a measure of precaution. If one of the creators were to accidentally delete an image in connection with your design, we will not be responsible. It is your duty to save your pictures and designs. All you have to do is click on the top and bottom of the boxcode, the avatar or the signature. The link will take you to Thayer's gallery, in which you will save your image to your documents, desktop or any other well-known source. We do not keep your designs on a back-up file in case of sudden disappearances. Our galleries get plenty cluttered too.

4. Model/Actress/Actor - What model do you use to portray your character if any at all? If none, please describe the overall scenery of what you want your design to look like. This applies to one with a model as well.

7. Text & Fonts - Specific fonts will be taken in consideration as will special sayings that show how your character is
