Lorelle hears Liarra's question and her mind begins to think up the different places of the library. There is three rooms. This one where everyone is welcome, the office where the records are kept and then the room where the books are repaired. None of the rooms sound particularly comfortable or warm. Well maybe the office is a little warmer but Lorelle isn't sure if she should take Liarra back there as normally she wouldn't be allowed. Course, this isn't normally. This is a snowstorm and instead of being at home where they should be, there are hear in a library that is full of shelves and books and has a serious lack of anything comfortable to sit in for longer than a couple bells. Course that is only Lorelle's thoughts on the matter.

Lorelle sighs and shakes her head.
"No, as far as comfort goes, all we got is what we can find here," she answers finally, "As far as warmth... I am really not sure. I think this room is really as good as any. Might be best if we just stay here." Lorelle looks over at the girl. She seems to be very worried about this getting cold thing. Lorelle isn't to worried, or if she is she isn't showing it or even really feeling it internally yet. If she starts getting cold of the snow gets so high that they are trapped, than yeah, she'll start showing her worry then. She really hopes that doesn't happen though. She knows she needs to get home. She has Eva to think about. She hopes one of her parents is smart enough to check up on her and then take care of Eva when they see she isn't home. Her parents. That is another thing on her mind now. She hopes they are at home. Not only because of Eva and being in the same hold and all but also for them. She hopes neither one of them got trapped out in whatever this is going to be.

"Um, well, if you have a cloak or coat or something I suggest getting it. If it gets as cold in here as I think it is it seems it shall be needed," she says, her voice sounding distracted and a bit distant. She looks around the room. "I guess we should just stay around here. It seems the center of the room would be the warmest. That seems logical. Right?" She really isn't sure. It seems that the center of the room should be warmer than by the walls since the walls are feeling all the wind the most. She isn't sure she is right though. It makes sense in her head but her head has proven to be wrong in the past. "What do you think?" she asks, trying to remember where her own coat is. She can't remember if she grabbed it already or not. She sighs. This is going to be a long night.

"I think you're right. I certainly don't have a better idea." Liarra giggled nervously. "I left my cloak at the library entrance. I'm going to go grab it before it gets too dark in here. I'll be right back."

Liarra walked out from between the stacks in the direction of the front entrance. I really hope I can find my way back... It had been getting darker and darker in the library, but Liarra managed to reach her destination. She grabbed her cloak and proceeded to head back to Lorelle.

Wait, which bookshelves were we at again? Crap...

"Lorelle?" Liarra called out. "Can you say something so I can find my way back?" So embarrassing. Her cheeks flushed from the embarrassing situation, but not only was there no one to see it, but it had gotten far too dark. She waited to hear from Lorelle.

I hope this night doesn't get any worse.

Freezing the Midnight Snow [Liarra]

Lorelle just nods in reply to Liarra's words. She then watches her go before looking around for her own coat. She walks quietly between the shelves and retraces her steps. She finds it on the floor at the end of one of the shelves, draped over the back of a well worn chair. She sighs, feeling stupid. She is reaching for it when she hears Liarra's voice. She cringes, not enjoying the sound of the female's voice for some reason. "Um no, I don't want to say anything. What do you think about that?" Lorelle feels childish with the thoughts she is having. She sighs.

"I'm over here, I moved," she tells the other girl in the room. Her voice feels muffled and muted against the sound of the blazing storm outside. She hopes the girl heard her. If not, she will just have to speak again. Lorelle sighs before looking at the chair. It looks comfortable. Nice place for reading. There is really no better place at the moment. Lorelle sets herself in the chair, draping the coat across her legs and putting the lamp on the ground. Not really a safe place, but it is slowly burning out anyway. The candle inside is almost a stub.

Lorelle stares at the small flickering light. What are they going to do when the light runs out? They won't be able to read. It is cold so sleep seems to be out of the question. While Lorelle likes the cold, she prefers to sleep with her blanket and Eva rather than just her coat. Talking seems like the only thing they will be able to do. Lorelle cringes again. Opening up. Sounds like torture.

Well maybe Liarra doesn't enjoy talking. Or if she does, she won't pry to much. Lorelle hopes not. She hates getting close to anyone really. While she really should, she doesn't. Seems safer that way. No way to get hurt. Another sigh escapes Lorelle's lips. She will just have to keep the conversation light and off the topic of herself. If said topic is unavoidable than she will just dodge Liarra's questions. Hopefully that will work. Lorelle closes her eyes, blinking them slowly. Hopefully her plan will work.
