Carvezia hit the ground landing on her stomach after Sei hit her legs, she wasn't hurt at all but discouraged yet angry."Why would he do that" the girl thought as she got one of her feet on the ground. The fall reminded her of when she was trying to escape a Sylirian knight after a failed pick pocket attempt and dived over a shop keepers stall in The Great Bazaar.

Before she could stand the rattling in her ears scared her and she impulsively yells ""Ahh what are you doing!?" before the kelvic cracked a joke and ran off. Carvezia didn't find any humor in what he had said but found it offensive and caused her to become even more determined to catch the young man. She quickly jumped to her feet and chased the sounds of his foot steps.

She hit multiple trees and tripped over a few large fallen branches but Carvezia was determined to catch the kelvic as she used the sound of his feet as her only clue to which direction he was moving in.

Sei ran to the edge of the water and sidestepped, letting the young woman run straight into the water. Sei threw his head back and laughed, shaking the rattles and running off. He turned to the right and crouched in a nearby bush, waiting for Carvezia to eventually find him. He shifted in the bush, trying to make all possible noise. He was in a bush that was straight behind a tree. If Carvezia charged him, she'd knock her lights out.

Carvezia heard the stream nearby but her focus was still set on the rhythm rattles and the water was the last thing on her mind. She could hear the rattles get louder and louder as she ran faster. The girl knew she was so close before it sounded as if Sei was right in front of her, she dived off her back foot to tackle him but ended up in the stream.

Her focus and determination was lost, she had failed to catch him and she was so close too. Carvezia planted her feet in the shallow stream and pushed her legs through the running water as she made her way to shore. The water was loud as it ran through the woods and filled the twenty year old's ears with noise. She had finally climbed onto land as the rag remained tied around her face but slightly transparent from being soaked but Carvezia was used to it by now and almost comfortable with using her ears as her sense of navigation.

Then the sound of the rattles returned and it was clear how close they were. The girl slowly crawled towards the noise until bumping into a tree. She remained completely silent as she rose to her feet and held on to the tree to help her navigate. She slowly stepped around the tree as the rattles sounded as if they were right in her face. Carvezia jumps on top of the bush to tackle Sei.

Sei was so absorbed in his fantasies, he lost sight of Carvezia. He had been laughing in his mind, when something landed on top of him and confiscated the rattle in his left hand. Who the pet--- Carvezia?! But how?" He exclaimed. "Shyke. Either way, stage one: Pass." He said with a sigh, helping her up and removing the blindfold.

"How the petch did you get in behind me? There was a tree there!" He questioned.
