Character Concept: Many people mistake her for a deaf person, since she almost never speaks when spoken to, and sometimes doesn't even respond when verbally addressed. She is not deaf, however, and those who are close to her know that she is smart and articulate, though rather inexperienced and soft-spoken. She is emotionally unstable and prone to seemingly irrational outbreaks of laughter, sorrow, joy, and fear. She often sings to herself when she is in pain, and occasionally sings for payment. She is trying to make sense of this strange new world. Character History: All she remembers of her past is her slavery under her former Master. She was repeatedly raped and tortured during her time with him, and was only released when he was finally caught and brought to justice by the Syliran Knights. Master was forced to compensate his slaves for all their work, which in Evera's case amounted to 100 Mizas and a small apartment. No apartments were available, however, so she was given 500 additional Mizas instead. She gets letters every week from someone called "Lily."
