The Calendar of Events for Fall 513 is now officially up! We apologize that it took far longer than expected to get posted in the city.

If you noticed, we have a new festival in the calendar for this season, Morwen's Light's Festival. Additional information will be revealed further within the day regarding this event.

And if you still haven't figured it out, Lullaby's quest will revolve around the Frostfawn Deer Hunt, so it you fancy yourself catching this very rare creature, or just simply trying to learn the basics of hunting, be sure to PM our lovely little song to join!

Hey Lull! I was curious about the hunt's opinion on horses... should I bring Silver? I'm not sure if riding will be useful or not, especially since Spirit is the best, but still...

A horse? Hmm, that's a good question. I imagine to bring back the body of a Frostfawn Deer a sturdy horse would be definitely useful, but if yours in unused to using a sled or something of the sort then there isn't a full guarantee that the rest of your group would be mounted and then it might be to your disadvantage to be mounted. That's my humble opinion though, it comes down to being up to you whether you would like to bring yours though. C:

Also! Notice: Miss Noblesse has asked me to close down the submissions soon, but since I am only getting this notice up now -- I will only take requests up until Wednesday, that seems reasonable, and then hopefully Noblesse and I will be ready to rock and roll that night! So! Please, send your request in if your wish to participate!

Lovely citizens of Avanthal,

I noticed a disconcerting trend these past months among the PCs of the city. Vantha PCs start removing their Hold names from their account name after a few weeks of roleplay. Please, stop doing this, you cold, crafty people! It's important that you don't remove your Hold names because this is what identifies you as a Vantha. Besides, you wouldn't have been given your Ice Reaving gnosis at HD if you didn't have a Vantha surname. Don't be ashamed of your Vantha names!

Reminder: To join the Frostfawn Deer hunts, a message must be sent to me by TOMORROW, no later than 3 PM EST. That's right! Anything after that and you are getting a polite decline. All you need to do is message me with a "Lulls count me in!" And you are on the roster, no experience, knowledge, or skills needed. No, you do not be Frostfawn Hold to participate, crumbcakes, you don't even have to be Vantha. Come for the fun times, awesome adventure and some nice rewards at the end! A full list will be posted tomorrow afternoon around 3:30-4 PM EST. Keep in mind, Eastern Standard Time, not 3 PM Auzzie time. I want to be able to start these soon, so that is the absolute cut-off.

Hello Avanthal, this is just a heads up. Due to a self-imposed internet ban, I'll most likely be gone until Wednesday next week. I'm having problems at school and I need to focus on academics and a major school play during this period.
