Summer 20th, 506 AV.

As the dawn broke, Quzon had already been wide awake to welcome Syna bring the new day. He had awoken early to get to The Wrestling Ring in the early hours of the day, before anyone would come to train or start a match. He enjoyed using the location to train because it allowed him to use his elements far from others. At first light, he greeted the sun with a fire of his own, tapping into the deep sea of his soul to concentrate on his djed, with his outstretched hands shifting in a slow circle, he commanded his djed into being emitted from his palms in a vibrantly ethereal green glowing fog. The res ebbed out slowly until it was long trailing cloud as big and long as medium-sized snake. He motioned his hand to have the gaseous cloud floating two feet away from his body.

A smirk pulled at his lips as he started to conjure his will into being in the form of fire through his res. "Burn.." He spoke aloud in Myrian, ignited the transmutation of the outer layer of res in the form of a burning snake like flame. Quzon motioned his hand forward to send the snake flying through the area away from him, the flaming tail of his res dancing like some fiery velispar. Quzon made sure not to send it too far away from his body less it leave his range of control. "Dance" The incantation was a simple one as he willed his res into rising into the sky in a drill like pattern, twirling like a tornado.

As he did so, Quzon slapped his thighs with both of his hand while puffing out his chest. The motion was quickly followed by sudden bend at his knees. It looked like a rough random action, but as he stomped his feet it was clear he was moving to some made up rhythm in his head. The random vigorous movements and stomping were as good a dance as he could do. Sure, it would be embarrassing if anyone witnessed it. But this was how he felt like training. The mixed blood would dance for Myri.

The heat of the fire warmed his skin, just like that of the touch of the new days sun as he motioned a hand, towards himself. The trail of fire started to orbit his body two feet away from his body. He enjoyed the use of Fire Spinning as his daily practice. It meant he did not have to harm anyone but himself. Quzon held out his right forearm while his left leg repeatedly stomped a rhythmic beat into the ground, using his arm as an obstacle for his flame to dance around in tune to his stomps.

The Fire Dancer needed to get used to the Res control of a long ribbion of fire. He kept his breaching calm as he moved the flame closer to his arm, he made a slight misstep in being too direct, causing it to brush within an inch of his arm. It caused a lick of flame to singe at his forearm which did burn, but he did not retract his arm. It was a mistake that he would use as a lesson to not feel that pain.

Quzon used that pain in hi arm to add a bit of war to his dance. He retracted both his arms close to his body, holding his them up in a fighting stance while still stomping his feet. He suddenly lifted his left knee straight up into the air, pretending to fight some invisible foe as his eyes remained locked on the fire he controlled.

He kept track of it through vision alone as his body with though their wanton physical motions of dancing combat. When his foot touched back down onto the ground, the warrior lashed out with an arch elbow strike, making sure to move the flame under the strike. The flying fire was now his enemy in some artistic battle against the elements. His hips shook, rolling his shoulders, and swaying from side to side.

He knew that he looked like a fool. And yet, there was a sliver of wonder in his mind that he knew he was doing something that he might be great at. He had seen the wonders of other firedancers in his life, those who danced in front of Myri herself and then fought viciously in battle with those same elements. His mother and the rest of his clan were just as skilled element dancers. Emerald eyes fell to the floor as he held out his right arm in a gesture to control the fire, while his left palm pointed towards the ground.

The War Dancer stomped his feet while his fingers formed into balled fists. He prepared himself to cast his djed away to will it into existence as Res yet again. The loincloth clad hulking Mixed blood reached within himself, tapping at the well that was his Djed yet again. The wondrously ghost like fog started to emit from the knuckles of his left hand, as if he had suddenly punched a ghost into existence. The same translucent emerald res began to accumulate as a gas right in front of him in an equally long strand like the fire ribbon.

The moment in which res left the skin felt like the bitter sweet kiss of a lover, loosing apart of yourself, but it was a sensation that felt oh so sweet. "Mountain" The word was spoken as yet another incantation, but rather than fire he used his force of will to turn the outer layer of his new ribbon of res into the earthen shell with his control res as its core.

Beads of sweat started to pour down his forehead, both from the heat of the flames, and the concentration it took to keep both elemental ribbons a float. With a motion of both his hand, he sent both up into the air. His goal was trying to get them to spin in unison, although he seemed to not be that good at it yet. The fire twirled, where as the earth ribbon just went straight up.... way up. Too far up. His rhythmic food stomping came to an end as he watched the ribbon rocket into the sky.

"Huh. That's not good." He mused to himself in Myrian as the earthen shell flew out of range of his control. Quzon was happy that it at least wasn't the fire that went out of control as his eyes followed the trajectory of the earth ribbon as it arched in the air. It slammed into the ground several meters away from him near the edge of the wrestling ring, shattering against the ground like brittle shale stone.

Quzon glanced around over his shoulder to see if anyone saw that, looking to the near jungle tree lines, then nodded to himself when the coast was clear to continue on with his dancing and elemental training.
