Hope Svenra Appearance Race: Kelvic (Golden Eagle) Gender: Male Age: 10 Birthday: 19, Spring, 503AV Birthplace: Ravok Appearance: Human Form: Hope stands at 5' 8" and weighs about 158lb. He has long, wavy, light-brown hair (See Picture). He has piercing yellow eyes and normally wears a stern expression. Many people think that he is about 21 years old but, being a kelvic, he is much younger. At first glance, you would think he takes the world very seriously but, in truth, he has been known to crack a joke or two and is in his best mood when facing a dangerous situation. Hope has a look of one who is completely sure of every action he makes. Eagle Form: Hope's Eagle form is that of a Golden Eagle. He has a 6' 8" wingspan and always maintains a serious expression (Whether he means to or not). He has reached maturity and has developed a dark and golden plumage. Character Concept and History Hope may seem to be a secure person but, truth be told, he may have no idea of what he is doing and only pretends to be sure of himself. There is no one he won't stand up to. He has the build of one who is light on his feet but can still handle himself in a head-on fight. He prefers to remain unnoticed and does not talk very much unless it is about a topic he knows and likes. Hope tries to hide his true identity from the public and does not like being recognized as a kelvic. He also has a strong belief in a good appearance. Though he won't admit it, he is very vain. He tries to maintain a well-groomed exterior and wears cologne. Hope takes to the shadows and for good reasons. As a predator kelvic born in Ravok, he was hated by all. He would be regularly beaten and abused by the humans of the city. because of this, his parents sent him with relatives on their way to Zeltiva. Traveling by caravan, Hope did not socialize much and thus never formed a bond. He picked up a few skills in Massaging and Seduction while traveling with the caravan. He reached the age of maturity and decided to stay in Zeltiva when the caravan moved on. He still has a distrust of humans but feels the need to give everyone he meets a chance to prove their worth. He has become a pickpocket through necessity and steals from only those who he believes can afford to lose a Nilo or two. Family Hope has vague memories of his father and mother as he had only reached maturity after being sent to travel with his Godfather (Grandmother's human bondmate before she died). He can remember that his mother was a Robin Kelvic and his father was a Kobra Kelvic. They had kept their Kelvic identities a secret so as to avoid trouble with the locals of Ravok. The only thing that Hope remembers his father teaching him is that, "an unseen dagger is always better than the anticipated sword." That was right before he was sent away. His godfather acted as a teacher for young Hope. Teaching him how to read, write, and think for himself. He also tried to teach Hope about trading but soon gave up after the boy showed no signs of interest. After arriving in Zeltiva, they stayed until they had sold all of their goods. When the trading caravan was ready to pack up and leave, Hope decided to stay behind and live his own life in the city. The last thing his godfather did for him was to buy him a small house and give him some supplies to help him get settled.
