"Brom huh..." Kouri shifted her body into a sitting position, now the little girl looked like as if she was sitting on an invisible chair, her long white hair draping down her back, waving in small ethereal breezes. She rubbed the nape of her neck with her right hand, her body groaning with pain. A bath or two in soulmist would do her good at the moment, if she was a normal little girl, she would be utterly and definitely dead by now. "I think he can just drop dead." The girl whispered in Vani, her voices echoing around her and Celeste, she deliberately spoke in her native language as a mean to convey her feelings while leaving other people wondering on what she truly meant. She needed to let out her feelings somehow and Vani was a perfect way to do it. No one other than her spoke the lyrical language it seemed. "Oh, I agree, Celeste. He's a pain in the..." Kouri wasn't comfortable in speaking such a harsh word, Vanthas were known for their flowing and polite speech. "Butt!" It should be adequate.
She couldn't believe Celeste's statement about Brom being 'sweet' on the inside. Maybe... he was indeed literally sweet on the inside. Beneath all that black fur and strong claws, he was a squishy big dog if ripped apart. The ghost girl giggled, though it was ragged due to constant pain stunning her every few ticks. Yes, she could prank Brom... he wasn't a wizard and Wanda didn't tell her anything about playing with non-wizards. From what Celeste said, people like her were the 'cleaners', servants to clean up after their master's leftovers. In this particular case, the leftovers were abominations instead of food scraps. "What are they creating them for? Uhm... they make bad pets, I mean! Look! One just attacked me and I didn't do anything!" Her child-like mind couldn't see on why someone would create those scary monsters. They were failed experiments though... maybe successful experiments were less unstable? She didn't want to find out without ripping them apart, not after one of them almost ate her out of nowhere.
Mia was insane, Wanda didn't care about her, Kriem was apathetic, but her... Celeste, yes she could be her new friend. The girl helped her and even risked her life to save a 'dead' girl. Kouri 'stood' up and floated to the older girl, she put her hands behind her back as she giggled. "Yea, okay, uhm... you better get your boo boo fixed then, I think... I'll go kuh..." She groaned in pain, her form flickered for a tick before returning. "Get some food from... Kriem."
She held her chest with both of her hands, heaving in pain as puffs of white mist escaped her lips. "Kriem is my... maid, she's a Spiritist." She wanted to speak with Celeste more but the pain proved to be a major annoyance, she wanted to get some soulmist... and fast. "Yeah, thank you, Celeste. Uhn..." She motioned her body to hug the canine-girl, slightly materializing herself so she could feel Celeste's canine body warmth coursing through her soulmist. "I promise... anything you want." The little girl didn't realize how much weight her sentence carried. She basically sold herself to both Amaryllis and Celeste. "Mhm," She nodded twice in rapid succession. "I'm fine, I'll get myself fixed and uhm... it tried to eat me, i-it hurt... it hurt a lot, b-but you saved me so... thank you." Giving the dog-formed girl one final hug, she pulled away and floated back to the Citadel. Her mind locked into one and one goal only, to get some soulmist.
OOCI think this would be my last post for the thread, Celeste and Mirage. You can post your last reply then post it for grading or you can PM me and I'll post it for grading! It has been very fun, Celeste, Mirage! We'll continue the shenanigans in Winter. Hehe~
