Kai Spyridon Basic Information: Race: Human Birthday & Age: 14 of Spring 495 A.V. He has short/medium Black hair and Blue eyes. Kai considers himself an average looking human, but the truth is he is silently admired from afar by many. There is a conviction in his expression which means that few people question the motives behind what he does. Character Concept: Kai has Reserved and Suspecting personality. He is normally reserved, but does speak to those whom he calls completely trustworthy. He has never felt truly at home in any one location and travels the whole of Mizahar on his horse, Stryker. He is always (discreetly) on the lookout for anyone who is in trouble and will immediately step in to aid those (no matter the race) whom need aid without question, making him popular with the people. Because he was raised in a city where Slavery is common, Kai is looking for a slave, but understands that how they are treated and he refuses to treat anyone like that without good reason, so will be kind to the slave, treating them as a friend rather than a slave. Likes: Kai likes the peace and quiet of the Wilderness, playing his flute and helping the unfortunate. Dislikes: Kai hates people who disrespect their offices of power, and dislikes, but will still associate with, those who fight for pleasure. Character History: Kai was born in the city of Ravok as the only child of Almada and Markus Spyridon. He grew up as one would expect of a child in Ravok, on his 15th Birthday, while wandering outside the city, Kai found a horse wandering around, being a kind soul Kai took the horse to his family stables so that it would get treated for any injuries and to locate it's owner. 2 months later it was discovered that the horse's owner had died, so Kai inherited the horse, which he named Stryker. It had always been Kai's dream to travel and discussed with his parents what he wished to do, they approved but shortly before he set out on his travels, his Mother fell gravely ill and died, her dying wish was that Kai should carry her Flute and ring, Kai has kept these as keepsakes over the years. On his first journey to Zeltiva Kai encountered a group of bandits he tried to defend himself but was quickly overpowered by the group. Ever since that day Kai has honed his skills with a blade, he has also practiced with his Mother's flute almost every day, so that he may help or bring joy those who are less fortunate and/or less able than himself. Current Location: Kai is currently passing through the Sylira Domain, looking for tutoring in the art of Flute playing and a Slave. Unique Sword Skills: Because Kai refuses to kill anyone, regardless of whether they tried to kill Kai, he is adept at disarming his opponents by using a skill he calls Stop, Drop and Roll. Stop, Drop and Roll: Kai blocks the opponents sword using his own (Stop), before using his right hand to drop his opponents hands to an uncomfortable angle (Drop), then Kai shoves into the opponent, either causing them to drop their weapon or to fall back and roll to recover (Roll).
