OOCOh, Trav, Aka is in human form right now, unless I'm missing something, your post seemed to write Aka in Dhani form?

The diminutive female prepared herself for the delicious spray of crimson when the priestess threw the meat slave into the crowd, some Constrictors were already clamoring, tearing and consuming the dead human bits by bits, Aka herself settled for a few quick grabs, nimbly and swiftly moving her right hand with her inherent Viper agility and talents, what she lacked in brute strength, Aka made up in being small and agile. "Ummm~" The Viper was enjoying a strip of thigh meat as she listened to the symphony of drums and screams from the remaining captive. She could get used to this, perhaps, just perhaps, Siku might not be so bad... she might just forget to mark her, no one was perfect after all.

"Eh?" As she finished the particular strip of meat, her small body was coiled by a dun-scaled tail, the coil was not sudden or invasive in any way, it was rather polite so the Viper simply let it be as she pondered who had the gall to do this, the first two faces that came to mind was either Senka or Sepera, she hoped it wasn't the former as the female guard loved to rile her up just for fun. However, the Dhani was not Senka nor Sepera, it was a male she didn't recognize, Aka simply stared in curiosity mixed with slight annoyance as he moved close and brazenly touched her face, "Hey! Don't touch m-..." She stopped mid-sentence, this was why Constrictor males seldom approached her. She was too small for most of them, she was a violent brat, and had literal fiery tendencies, she bet the lot of them were either intimidated or disgusted by her behavior, this must change. Swallowing her pride, Aka let the male's tail coiled around her and his scaly hand wiped her face.

He praised her, now that was rare, as far as she could remember, Sekusepera was the first male to directly approach her with good grace, apparently this male was the second, for a small girl with a large ego, his praise figuratively bloated her head, Aka let a small arrogant smirk curled on her lips as she flicked her one of her long twintails with her left hand, "Ssso, you know me? Yeah, I killed those bronze monkeysss, they are pestsss after all," Putting the undesirable topic of those monkeys away, Aka would raise her left hand as her index finger trailed over the male's bulky chest, "Ssso, tell me your name, male," It felt so good to be a female Dhani, she tilted her head in a hungry stare, the other kind of hungry, "I am proud to ssserve the Nessst, what about you, male? What can you do?" She challenged him, if he was worth her time, he wouldn't back away now.

Siku's Solstice [Seasonal Event]

Xen darts his eyes to the right, only to find that he was already in the coils of a female constrictor. He sets his eyes on the female constrictor, who had trapped him in her grasp. Xen knows that if he puts up resistance, constriction was certain. He decides to relax and slowly begins to dismiss the sadness that racked his heart. In an attempt to regain his composure, he brushes his hair backwards with his left hand and gives the female constrictor her response…because he did not want a bear hug.

“I’m in the coils of another female constrictor; life must be trying to tell me something.” Xen thought.

“Yes, I do feel sympathy for them but it’s like you said—the strong would not have been captured.”

Xen’s solicitude did not fall on the humans alone but on his people—the dhani. This untamed and vicious nature they all possessed was what kept them alive and thriving as a race despite their numbers being less than the myrian’s, who aimed for their destruction and extinction. Xen loved his people but there were times, like these, where he questioned their morals and wondered where their hearts truly lied. The idea of torture and pain seemed to bring them joy; blood brought some kind of strange ecstasy to their minds and the need to violate was forever present.

The narrow pupils within Xen’s eyes thinned, becoming like miniature blades with sharp, cutting edges. Xen hid his deep-seeded aversion for this kind of activity; he would pay his respects to his mother goddess, Siku, in a more sacred way: a way that would provide all the opportunity to appreciate her glory, power and her children—the dhani. Xen’s heart burns inside his chest, if this was the beginning, how much further will this escalate? The death of the other human was certain and nothing could be done on his part but what could be worse than this?

Siku's Solstice [Seasonal Event]

oocThanks for pointing that out, Aka, I've edited it all up.

It was almost as if the priestess on her raised Dias heard Xen's very thoughts. She left the bleeding man moaning on a stone tablet as burly males in Dhani form, four of them, brought out three new subjects to treat.

These three were psotively the opposite of the two humans. All Dhani recognized their dark skin and coal eyes, and though their bodies showed signs of wear, hunger, and pain, all three Myrians were still wholly defiant, their eyes showing the surprise of the Dhani numbers, but there was not the same kind of fear radiating from them.

Perhaps this was as it should be, sacrfices to Siku should not be weak and pitiful, after all...or perhaps they just shouldn't begin that way...

Aka

The male sat back slightly, giving the small pale human some room though his large tail still sat like a loose fence around her form.

"Me? I am nothing compared to your fiery radiance, but if it pleassesss you, Mistressss, you may call me Shakar, short for Valassssesssshakar. I am sssimply a hunter, bringing food back for thosse of the nessst too high above me to rissk their livesss in the wildernessss for it, and in the between time, I enjoy collecting ssstoriesss from othersss, my fellow huntersss asss well asss my betterssss."

He smiled knowlingly, fully aware of how best to treat with females, the superior gender of the Dhani race.

Xen

The beautiful female stared long and hard into Xen's eyes, her mouth curling in distate. Clearly his neutral response was not the one she sought, but as the Viper's expression turned to one of determination, her expression relaxed, her body drawing even closer to his.

"Tell me Viper, if you were the one putting on thisss fesstival to Ssssiku, how would you prove your devotion to our Mother Goddessss?"

The three Myrians were forced to their knees, chained to three marble pillars, directly in front of the already frothing crowds of Dhani, but the space around Xen and the strange female seemed almost calm in the growing hysteria as she waited for his response.

Siku's Solstice [Seasonal Event]

OOCYou're very welcome, Tiger Lady! :D

The festivities continued as the Dhani brought more blood sacrifices, this time in the form of three bronze monkeys called 'Myrians', the arch-nemesis of the Dhani race, the thorn on Siku's reign, even if she didn't actively worship Siku, Aka knew the Serpent Goddess-Queen would savor the screams and blood of these Myrians indeed. Aka licked her lips as she gave a glance at the Myrians before turning her lustful glare back to the Constrictor male.

When the male sat back, giving them a small distance, but his sinuous scaly tail still creating a quaint little chamber (or cage) for the Viper, Aka didn't let him move away too much as she took the lead by approaching him then her right hand raised up to grab at his serpentine jaw, urging him to keep locking eye-contacts, "Don't be ssshy, male, I will not hurt you..." It felt good to finally act like a proper female, Aka curbed down her fears and immersed herself in the moment, her scarlet slits raking the male's form with desire. He might approach her first, but she would be the one who assert righteous superiority.

"Oh?" Aka tilted her head slightly, finding pleasure in the male's submissive tone and praises, he even called her 'Mistress'. Imagine that, one of the giant Constrictor calling a small fry Viper his mistress, this male was unusual or perhaps, he respected her power and gender no matter her sub-race, either way, Aka didn't mind, she would continue this game. "Alright, Shakar the hunter," The Viper caressed his jaw, standing on her tippy-toes in an attempt to even their gaze, but it didn't do much, of course, "Don't belittle yourssself, without the huntersss, how could we sssurvive?" Even the Viper knew this, whether Shakar realized it or not, the livelihood of the Nest rested on his hands.

"Tell me," Aka gave a soft kiss to his chin, dragging her lips until it almost reached the place where his serpentine tongue slithered out, "What kind of 'ssstories' you could tell me? Hahaha, perhapsss you can do ssso in my bedchamber after the festivitiesss are concluded?" An invitation, an assertive move on her part, she would see if this male dared to take up on her offer.

Siku's Solstice [Seasonal Event]

Xen pauses for a moment after he realizes he had momentarily locked eyes with the constrictor priestess on stage. Did she actually hear his previous thoughts or was that a coincidence? He wouldn’t be surprised to see a mind reading constrictor in Zinrah—there were many weird things in Falyndar to begin with. Xen turns his attention back to the female constrictor that was looming over him, her scales glowing faintly in the caverns light.

Xen backs away but only slightly, he hadn’t gotten accustomed to the sensual nature of his race. That was true but he was just too bashful for all that stuff. He felt the cold and hard surface of stone against his back and tries to keep his composure. Xen locked eyes with the female constrictor before turning his gaze elsewhere—his dark indigo eyes unwilling to remain firm.

“I would have multitudesss of the mosst beautiful plantss sstanding on the sstage and amongsst them would be the bessst of Falyndar’ss wildlife and of coursse mother Ssiku’ss ssservantss—the sserpentss. Then a group of Zinrah’sss finest women, dressed in the most elegant of clothing, would dance in unisson under the light of the blue colored torchess that would line the ssstage.”

Xen eyes widen in excitement as he explains his version of Siku’s summer solstice. He displays a big grin as his expression changed from one of indifference to one of happiness and excitement. Xen allows his a child-like essence to pour from his being, forming a kind and innocent atmosphere about him. However, his explanation wasn’t quite finished; he had more much more to say during his excitement.

“ Hmm… Oh yeah! There would be a wresstling match or ssome kind of show that would, you know, show the uniquenesss each constrictor posssesssed: a kind of talent show of ssortss.”
