Solo Groths first week of work.

Groths first week of work 1st, Fall 513 AV Groth had just been given the a job of herbalist at the Fresh Start Resort. He was excited to be able to be helping people. This was what he loved to do most in life. He left the Labor Aid Office and walked a little down the road until he had reached his destination. He walked through the front door and up to the front desk. "Hello, my name is Groth, I have been sent here for work as a herbalist" said Groth. "Hey Groth, I am Silari, my husband, Missinar, and I run the place. Missinar is around here somewhere but you'll get to meet him later. Come on, let me show you to your work space." Silari stood and ushered for Groth to follow. Groth followed quickly behind her. They arrived at this room that was well lit by natural lighting. Groth could immediately tell that this was a high class herbalist laboratory, it had all the equipment he could need plus more. "Now this is your lab, the supply cupboard is in the back, you're free to use anything in here you want. If you'll follow me to the green house so you can have a look at your fresh plants." Silari stated. Groth grinned, he loved the idea of having his own greenhouse garden. They exited the building at the back and a little down the foot path Groth could see a sizeable greenhouse. "We grow most of the plants needed on site to save importing them. You have access to the greenhouse and can come and go as you see fit. If we don't have something you would like to work with, please, don't hesitate to ask for it. We want you to be working in the best environment. So how do you feel about the place so far?" Silari said. "I love it, it's just what I wanted" Groth replied. After checking out the greenhouse the two headed back to the labs. " Now there is no requirements on time worked for you. Basically we have a stock of different types of potions and herbal remedies. Your job is to keep on top of this stock. If a special type of potion is needed we will advise you of so. All of the recipes for the potions and remedies can be found on the bookshelf in your lab. Do you have any questions Groth?" Silari asked. "Just one at the moment. What are the policies on experimentation?" Groth asked back. "Well, we will allow yo to work on your own projects, under a few conditions that is. The first is that your work comes first, any stock that needs to be replaced or order that has been placed must be prioritised. The second is that you need to let us know that you're embarking on a personal project. The third is that you are not allowed to make anything that could cause harm, everything that comes out of this lab must be used for good. Is that all clear" asked Silari. "Oh, perfectly so and I am more then happy to abide by these conditions" Groth replied, smiling. "Well you should do well here then Groth" Silari slipped in. Groth gave a little chuckle and a thanks. They had arrived back at the lab. " I need to head back to the front desk, if you have any questions feel free to come and see me there. We store the potions and remedies in the next room down. That is where you will do your stock checks. Good luck and have fun" Silari said, " Oh, and one last thing, here are your keys. These keys give you access to the lab, potion room, greenhouse and the staff toilets and rec rooms".. Once again Groth thanked her for everything and then entered the lab. Groth walked around the lab, some of the equipment was completely new to him, some of it he recognised. He walked over to the store room. He looked inside, the store room contained everything from dried herbs to glass beakers. Everything he could possibly need was right here. It was already late in the day so Groth decided to go check the potion room and see if he needed to make anything. He opened the door and entered into the room. Straight away he was struck with awe. Potions and remedies of all assortments. At this point he was extremely happy he chose this profession as he know he would learn a lot here. Groth picked up the stock lists hanging from one of the shelves. The list stated the name of each potion; a brief description as to what it does; how many are there and how many should be there. Luckily for groth all of the potions stock was plentiful and nothing needed to be cooked up that day for re-stocking. He put the list back and exited the room, closing the door behind him. Groth decided to look around town for the rest of the day as nothing really needed to be done at all. He decided he would come back into work the next day and start brewing some simple potions.
