Eanos followed the path of his seemingly volatile and restless conversationalist with a degree of interest and for once had very little idea if this man was a potential customer or just someone looking to pass the time of day. He kept his amusement private as he debated the likely turns of events and waited until it seemed that Roderick was done before he replied, taking his time to address all of the relevant points which had been raised in one and hopefully coherent statement.

"I have some ideas as to what I could do to meet the hints that you have dropped, but and it is a big but, there quickly comes a point where an expensive sword becomes a very expensive sword and then quickly one which would beggar a city to buy."

So what I need is for you to tell me what it is that you want the weapon to do and how you intend to use it."
