I did it! I've only got one post to go, and 48 full hours to write it. And I've got job threads and stuff to finish off, so that will take care of that.

So, one day from finishing. One or two posts and I can call it a day. I only need 400 words to reach 50,000! Over 99% of the way to 50,000!

One month in!

So right now as of this minute I have 30 days logged into Mizahar.

No. Well, not as Quint. I'm committed to giving Sunberth a fair try.

I may get to them eventually, but my policy is not to roll out a bunch of alts at once, because then you don't really have enough time for any of them. I may start one with the Spring Season, but no sooner than that; at this point I've only been here 5 weeks and am still keen on seeing how my life in Sylira Province goes.

Once I'm here another week I'll start perusing the "AS help wanted boards," as I'll need time to find a place I might enjoy helping out in, plus I'll need a few weeks to do some guest moderating and some development work, such as writing up a potential location or two.

I'll also want to have a solid 30 days of helping out with Wiki stubs under my belt, as I want to have some sort of resume of doing stuff there as well. (And there's nothing I can do until I'm given contributor access.)

As a new player, I can't tell what's going on with this province; I think it's closed or semi-closed. But it's got a great deal of potential! Hands down some of the most interesting cities and locations. And considering the crapsack post-apocalyptic nature of this world, they avoided ripping off Dune, (or Arabian Nights) so kudos to all involved.
