Snowdrop laid her head down on the wooden desk. She had just gotten finished with coping 2 pages of a training book for animals. Stretching her arms out in front of her head, a small relaxed sigh slid through her pink lips. Today seemed like a slow day. No one was in the library and Mr. Naturdan was out. It was just Jack and her. Leaning up in the chair, she noticed Jack coming in with a stack of papers.
Since Snowdrop started working here, she learned somethings about Jack. He was a quiet person and loved to work. One time she accidentally disturbed him from his work. She had knocked over a small bookshelf. He wasn't upset about the mess, but that she disturbed him. From that time on, Snowdrop stayed extra cautious when around him.
Jack put the stack of papers on the table; the sound brought her out of her musings. He grunted when he raised back up. The papers looked heavy. Snowdrop smiled when he went around the table and say across from her. He was a handsome man, but he wasn't her type.
"Sn...Snow...Snowdrop!"
The person in question looked towards Jack. He was drumming his fingers on the table. Her eyes turned that of a grey color. Why is he annoyed? Maybe because you keep zoning out, her lovely mind decided to reply to the question. She looked down at the floor then up through her her lashes. Hoping that her innocent looking face, would take off some the annoyance off his face. Jack only sighed, "I need you to copy each and every one of these sheets here." He finished by pointing to the stacks.
Snowdrop looked at him like he grew a second head. He wanted her to copy all those pages? This was one thing that she could not do. Yea her writing has gotten better but she still wasn't that good. Shoot even now, there are blotches still all over her latest 2 pages; even though, those pages were just samples for Jack to examine.
"Don't worry, I'll do one third of it," he did a small smile after noticing her dreadful face. Snowdrop was still anxious about this. She just nodded and steadied the her shaking hands. Jack parted the stack roughly into to three parts. Standing for a brief moment, he brought back some paper to write on.
