Splitting off of Siku’s Shrine on the west end, there’s a small tunnel leading to a cave alit with Zinrah’s characteristically eerie blue glow. This is the school. Although it’s nothing to brag about, it gets the job done, and all of Zinrah’s youthful inhabitants find the time spent here worthwhile. The priestesses are the sole teachers. Here, “students” learn the basics of reading, writing, history, and arithmetic. This is required of all the Dhani youth in Zinrah to ensure tradition, and aid in the survival of a people and culture. The priestesses do welcome those who wish to delve deeper into the subjects in their private time. A secondary use for the school is education of Zinrah’s priestesses and those aspiring to be. While prayer is generally held within the Shrine itself, further education of history, theology – primarily Siku – and medicine is taught within the confined of the school. The priesthood has secrets of its own, but those are not to be shared in a little school cave. Zinrah’s inhabitants are welcome to sit in for lessons with the youth, assuming they have nothing better to be doing and don’t disrupt the setting. Those aspiring for priesthood should meet with Head Priestess Hiarisspanyin first. That’s an adventure of its own. Youth lessons are typically held in the early morning and late evening while the adult Dhani attend to their duties. They are let out between then to train in other areas, or return home to their mothers. The priesthood meets daily on varied intervals depending on the day’s business. It also helps prevent unwanted visitors from lurking into their meetings   NPCs Lyssyllihilori Race: Dhani, Constrictor Position: Priestess of Siku's Shrine/ Teacher Skills: Teaching 50, Wrestling 30, Persuasion 30, Hypnotism 30 Gnosis: 2 Venenum Other: Hilori is as devoted to Siku as she is climbing the social tunnels of Zinrah (though she insists her devotion to the former is greater than the latter). Despite her personal goals, however Hilori is a dedicated and encouraging tutor, willing to coax even the most reluctant into learning and enjoying it as well. Haylssessoria Race: Dhani, Constrictor Position: Priestess of Siku's Shrine/ Teacher Skills: Teaching 50, Intimidation 30, Seduction 30, Mathematics 30 Gnosis: 2 Venenum Other: Oria does not have the tact of her fellow teachers in the school. If you want to learn it is on her terms and hers alone, and if you don't like it? Well then good luck entering the school at all. She tends to seclude herself within Siku's Shrine for days at a time, fasting in a manner most un-befitting an aspiring lesser queen, but then again, she has given up most of her families political leverage in order to better serve her patron Goddess.
