Appearance: Krong is of average height for a male Jamoura roughly 8' feet tall and 650 lbs. A thick coat of course black hair cover the majority of his body save his chest, face, and hands/feet. His Large canines are quite menacing when shown. He has a large silver colored patch of hair that covers most of his back indicating current or former dominance. The black leather like skin on his face is only mired by a gruesome scar over his left eye from a brutal fight long ago that's nearly took his sight in that eye. His body although large is densely muscled and next to no fat what's so ever. His dark brown eyes seem to show his unfathomable wisdom an almost sadness about them.

Character Concept
Krong is a reformed throwback who has dedicated his life to amend for his actions. Being a reformed throw back he is still prone to bouts of unbridled rage and has a deep connection with his emotions that is unusual for his race. He loves to display his strength and as part of his meditation he exercises to increase his strength further. He is naturally curious and wants to learn all that the Island of Sahova has to offer as part of his way to repay his people.

Character History
As a young Jamoura waiting on his time to go to the Hahk'maghtar, he showed great promise with his intellect as well as being a prime physical specimen of the Jamoura race. He was knowledgeable and wise beyond his years however when his time finally came for the Alpha male to choose if he was ready to ascend he was denied his right. Krong retaliated is a rage of frustration and anger, he lashed out in the worst way he could be simply running away and plotting his revenge. He wasn't alone as others where denied there rights as well and left to follow Krong. Krong was strong and smart but was only 150 years of age at the time, young for a Jamoura. He travelled deeper into the forests with his small troupe only to eventually fine a large troupe of throwbacks. There leader Ragnok his common name but not his true name was willing to listen to there plight and further more accept them into the troupe with much opposition from his second in command Thol. They where taught about the cruelty of the humans who wronged the peaceful ape but intruding on there territory and killing there people.

Fifty years later Krong was a stronger Jamoura with more ability to survive having lived with Ragnok's troupe for nearly fifty years. Ragnok was beginning to show his age and having great respect for Krong began grooming him to lead the troupe within the next couple of years. This angered Thol who believed he should lead, he challenged Ragnok for supremacy of the troupe. In the many years previous Thol knew he stood no chance against the alpha male in one on one combat however he was patient and gained Ragnok's trust and waited until the older Jamoura showed signs of weakening. His plan though where accelerated do to Ragnok training a strong young Krong, he was forced to move to have a difficult battle that could still claim his life since even though Ragnok was wise and kind he did not let insubordinates to live in his troupe. The long bloody battle eventually claimed the life of Ragnok who fought so hard he managed to permanently injure Thol's right leg and left hand. As painful as it was to witness the death of the Jamoura who seemed like a father to him he still watched intently see to any weakness that he may exploit later if it became necessary.

That time came after another fifty years, Thol had taken no time in controlling the troupe and would likely have tried to kill Krong had he not been the only good candidate for his second he however was aware that Krong would likely try something someday and had plans in motion already for when the time comes. Thol had begun having the troupe make raids on human villages that surround the forest. Krong although not very trusting of humans didn't outright hate them. He was beginning to see the wisdom of his former alpha male father more clearly. Krong spread the word of wisdom around the troupe and his idea he came up with to make amends with the Jamoura who had all this time shown them nothing but wisdom, intelligence, and kindness. The word eventually spread to Thol who had foreseen something like this happening. He promptly challenged Krong to a battle to the death.

When Thol appeared for the duel he was adorned with the skull and bones of Ragnok apparently showing that the had truly lost his mind. Krong arrived even though he saw no point in this battle since those who would leave had already decided, this fight was merely to demoralize the troupe and to kill off the only real threat all in one fell swoop. The two massive beasts circled each other slowly with the occasional aggressive grunt. Krong was large and powerful but so to was Thol and a battle between them would likely be determined by the first move. Krong remembered the injuries the older more battle experienced male received during his battle with Ragnok but decided to only use that weakness if necessary. They both charged and a blur of frenzied movement and deafening roars. Krong upper cut Thol in the jaw followed by quick jab to the face. Thol was no push over and took the powerful blows like a champ and lifted his arms above his head, he balled his fist together before bringing them down like a sledge hammer on Krong head. Krong recoiled from the sudden shock and disorientation from that powerful a blow to the skull. Krong tackled Thol only to have Thol roll back and kick Krong off himself with little effort. Krong was somewhat frustrated and still had a secret weapon other than the knowledge he gained from watch Ragnok's last fight.

Krong charged again this time going into a drop kick into Thol's injured leg, it immediately twisted out of place and was followed by and ear splitting howl of pain. Krong punched Thol in the nose breaking it instantly. This action was retaliated by an attempted punch by Thol using his injured hand which Krong caught between his ribs and elbow so that the could wrap the rest of Thol's arm. Krong then twisted his body causing the Thol's wrist to dislocate, Krong didn't stop there he quickly then grabbed the dislocated hand and twisted in while letting go of Thol. Now standing in front of Thol with the upper hand Krong gave Thol an Ultimatum "Back down and leave now of I finish the job Ragnok couldn't" he accepted. Krong let him go feeling relieved but still not letting down his guard, good that the didn't. Thol not having anything to lose anymore. He took out his secret backup plan, a massive blade designed specifically for the large ape. He charged at Krong while his back was turned, Krong turned around almost too later and received a horrible gash down his left eye that missed his actual eye by millimeters. Krong pulled out his final tool, after Thol defeated Ragnok Krong began fluxing training. He had practiced it carefully in secret for fifty year making slow progress since he didn't have a proper trainer for the art. Krong turned the rest of the way toward Thol, he then gave one final swing with his powerful arms while channeling as much energy as he could safely into that arm. The resulting strike was so powerful that it snapped Thol's neck instantly killing him.

Krong lead the Troupe back to the true home of the Jamoura after taking care of Ragnok's remains. At first when they approached the Spires the other Jamoura retreated higher into the trees while various alpha male approached to investigate and defend if necessary. Krong stopped the troupe and approached the Alphas alone as a sign on non-hostility. The male he approached was his father who still could recognize his son and addressed him by name. "Krong where have you been for these past century" he said with a wise indifferent tone. "I left to join the Throwbacks when you denied me the right to go the Sanctuary and I now see that I wasn't ready and apologies" Krong said showing a bit more emotion than the average Jamoura tend to show. "And of these Jamoura or they those brutal throwbacks" Was the response he received. "They where" Krong said emphasizing the past tense. "We wish to amend for the damage we have cause after finally seeing the wisdom of the Jamoura" Krong added.

After long discussions and much time spent the reformed Throwback where accepted into the society again but would never be aloud to enter the sanctuary. Krong left shortly after to do his part for his personal redemption by adding all the knowledge he can gather from Sahova and bring it back to The Spire to add to the collective knowledge of the Jamoura.
