Kidd Saru Appearance Race: Human Gender: Male Age: 12 Birthday: 63, Spring, 501 Birthplace:Syliras Appearance : Appearance:Kidd was short for a 12 yr old human boy standing only 4'3 and weighing about 68 Lb. Although he was small his body is made up of lean muscles from all the chores and training with his uncle. His hair medium length, blonde and looking almost like a lions mane. His eyes a uncommon and rare red color, his parents both having brown eyes aren't sure where this trait came from and at first were afraid but have come to accept this. He is often seen wearing baggy clothing, with on his left hip scimitar on his waist and a long spear in his hand carried with him wherever he goes like a walking stick. Always wearing a teethed gauntlet on his left hand to use as a way to catch and break swords. He always wears an archery glove on his right hand and archery bracer on his left arm. His bow carried with him when he travels strung over his shoulde, with the quiver on his back over his left shoulder. He often wears no shoes, but does keep a pair of bladed boots and grappling hook in a backpack. Character Concept Kidd is a kid, a very curious page for the Syliras knights often dreaming of adventure and glory. Kidd is a decent fighter with spear and sword, but his real skill comes in shielding. Having a taken to it quickly at a very young age his mother also a great shielder helped him harness his gift and develop it. While his father an animator taught him the basics, though it was interesting subject. It was when his uncle a knight came to visit that his eyes would seem to be lit with passion, hanging on every word his uncle said. Learning all he could from his uncle as time passed and he was nearing the age to become a squire always looking for adventure and not afraid to wonder off. Character History Kidd grew up in Syliras being the third generation to live here. His parents moved here for the safe environment his mother an expert shielder, his father an animator who made small toys for a living were kept secret by his uncle a knight. Kidd's uncle was his hero, every time his uncle came over Kidd was right there on his heels listening to every word he said waiting for his uncle to take notice of him. His younger childhood wasn't anything special until the age of 5 when his mother began teaching him how to create shields and control the djed in his body. The following years nothing special seemed to happen his mother taught hims shielding his father animation and he would have mock fights with his uncle. It wasn't until his uncle asked him to be a page, that Kidd really took an interest in fighting. His uncle teaching him page duties and the art of war getting him ready to be a page even a squire, then slumping back to his home only to be forced to study. Getting tired of this he decided he was going to run away grabbing some of his parents money, he left only making it as far as the white swan inn. He had the typical life of a child. His thirteenth birthday was around the corner maybe when he became a squire and things would change. Unsure of what to do next he stayed at the inn venturing out into the city trying to figure out what to do next.
