She snickered, covering her mouth to muffle the heavy chuckles.

"Lovers? I'm not sure I could stay in the same room as that man for very long, not to mention for a lifetime. He is quite sour, actually."

The man offered to take her to Syliras. It was an awesome deal, and she smiled a bit when as he said it.

"Ahhh, that would be nice. Nights might come to pass sooner that I would want it two, and a party is better than traveling alone."

Her words were true, and she didn't let herself forget them. Though she knew she was perfectly capable of taking care of herself, the dangerous of Bronze Woods would happily test that theory. She was weak because of the nightmares now, and her head pounded quite heavily, so an extra hand would be very welcome.

"I'm a little sick by the way. Nothing contagious or anything, but its waning and waxing."

She listened intently as the man talked about the bird. The creature was quite unique, and special to him, as she could tell from his demeanor. His eyes glazed a bit when he talked about the shattered eggs.

"Well, looks like he's picked up a pretty good buddy. Its seems you've taken pretty good care of him."

[The Bronze Woods] Another Chance.

Her sudden protest made him smirk, but her acceptance of his help made him smile. He always enjoyed roaming the wilds, but now that he had another person to accompany him, he enjoyed the prospect even more. But it was around the time his thoughts began to wander when she brought them back with her news of being sick. His brow perked. "That's not good." He observed.

He had remembered the first time he had gotten sick in the woods. It was a common sickness that came from a mosquito's bite. The vomiting and itching was probably the worst he'd had to endure yet. But luckily, she didn't seem too sick. "When did you get sick?" He asked, taking a step forward to look her over appraisingly. Whatever she had was nothing he knew about. He hoped it was just a cold.

He squats down before her and frowns, putting his hand out to Tuvien, who stepped over to the back of his hand. The hawk was shifted before the hunter's face and Andruen whispered a command to him, "To the skies, southeast trail." He whispered, before lifting his hand sharply, sending the bird into the air. A few flaps of the hawk's wings and Tuvien was above them, circling about over them in wait.

Andruen stood, smiling. "So, mi'lady, shall we go?" He asked, offering her his hand. He would be leading her down the narrow southeastern path that lead to the north gate of Syliras. It was a narrow path, one that would only allow one person to walk at a time.

"Oh, I've been sick for a while. Its a childhood thing, but it only comes around every now and then."

She tried to pass it off as nothing, but it worried her. The forest was dangerous for the weakened. The question was friendly, but when he stepped forward towards her, her hand instinctively reached for her weapon. It wasn't mean, just a reflex.

"Sorry, sorry."

Her apology slipped past once she realized it was a friendly gesture. It really was a mistake she was doing her best to fix. When he offered to leave, she agreed.

"No need for m'lady. My name is Kizora, and I'd rather go by that. What do you go by?"

She was honestly curious, as she couldn't think of a name to fit his curious face. Her feet carried her forward, and she assumed the fellow would follow.

Andruen smirked at the reflex, knowing full in well it was called for. He did reach for her, even if it wasn't threateningly, so he could not blame her for the reflex. Her quick apologies brought about a wide smile on the young ranger's face. "Andruen, milady." He said, smirking at the title as he placed a hand to his waist and bowed, flinging the other arm back in mock mirth. "I jest, of course." He chuckles, "I will call you Kizora, since that is what you wish me to call you."

He took a step back and slung his bow over his shoulder and neck, making sure the string was taught against his chest, "Honestly, you should watch who you meander about with. That Ethaefal looked a bit downing." He snerked a bit, "It would be a shame if your ravenesque beauty was tainted by the misery that that man put off." He smiled, walking along beside her. The trail was dry from lack of rain, going on six days of lenience, the trees and grass were already starting to brown around the edges. The snow had all but melted this far down, no precipitation having touched the lands here. The trail was dusty, packed by rainwater and footsteps. It was a well-traveled trail.

"You know... there's a saying about you Kelvics." He states with a smile, "You take on the features and personalities of the animals you can turn into." He nods, clasping his hands together, "And that means you must be a very deadly woman... one of external beauty and internal bloodlust, as the raven is." He says with a smile, "Take no offense by that, Kizora, I mean none... just making an observation." He said gently, reaching up to pluck a leaf from a nearby tree branch as they walked under it.

She couldn't decide whether she liked the man or not. He was quite...animated. While it was a welcome change, the complete turn around was a bit alarming. He was extremely friendly, and in her experience, friendly people wanted something. She wasn't quite sure what, yet, but it made her cautious. His words were off putting, in quite a few ways. She did her best to hide the discomfort they brought her.

"Yes, I believe I've heard that before. I think that entails a thanks. Humans are somewhat of a mystery to me, you see. I've had limited interactions."

She's does her best to redirect the conversation away from her. There is no offense taken, but the words are uncomfortable to her. Subconciously, she walks a bit faster just to disperse the thoughts.
