You'll need:
- A liter of red wine
- Fresh, diced fruit (the most commonly used are apples, oranges, peaches, pinneaples, pears and grapes)
- Lemon juice
- Lime soda (optional)
- Sugar (also optional)
Pour the wine and the lemon juice on a jar (again, the lemon soda is optional, but tasty), and add the diced fruit to the mix. Stir the mix slowly, and add some sugar if you want.
After that, you'll need to let the wine rest for a while; that's to get the the taste of the fruit into the wine, and vice-versa. Half an hour is fine, but two hours can work as well.
Serve with ice, and you're done! A fair warning, though: the sangria is what is called a treacherous drink. When you drink it, it will be sweet, so sweet that you'll notice that you're drunk a little too late. Still, is a refreshing drink, good for parties and warm days.
Cheers!
