Mizahar's Sunday Bake-off: Cookie Edition!

Hi everyone!

It's that time of the month again - time for the next monthly bakeoff, that is! Next week (September 19th) is Mizahar's third-ever bakeoff (you can see the results from May's here).

This month's theme is COOKIES!

I figure Cookies are one of the easiest items to bake, and can be loads of fun for the whole family. Buy a sugar cookie mix and then decorate it with icing, candies, or a variety of fun things. Or just some chocolate chip cookies! Who doesn't love cookies? The only real rule is that it has to be either home-made, or you have to put a special twist on a store bought mix. Perhaps spell "Mizahar" with sugar cookies?

Just once by that date or on that date in question. You need to take a photo and such and post it in the blog area of the site or here but you get a medal for it afterwards and rather fun.

You got it. You basically have a week to get everything ready, then we all bake our respective goodies next Sunday. Just post up the results here, and you get your medal. <3

This time I'm so going to join! I wanted to do the Miza Bake-off ever since the first round, and I don't have anything else to do on Sunday (so far). I think I'm gonna make it!

These are my stepmom's famous half-moon cookies which I made with her help. They are made out of very dry cake batter and then they are cooked for 12 minutes. The frosting is half creamcheese, half chocolate. A Cheshire cat popped in to taste them...
