Well of Filth Deep within the Bronze Woods is a small patch where the trees are so close together and so large, that they block out the sun and moonlight. Hidden beneath this thick layer of leaves is a small spring. This particular spring looks like a gift from the gods for parched travelers. However, only a very few of them actually drank from it. For the smell of the water is so putrid, so foul, that one could easily empty their stomach just by being close to it. When one smells this foul air, to their eyes it would look like the water was polluted. Black and slimy at the touch. However, all this is nothing but an illusion. The water of this spring is very clean. So clean even that many tracks of animals could be spotted near it. Hunters that find out about this spot would regularly stake out here, not knowing why the animals would drink from something this vile. Squires, and sometimes even their patron knights, dare each other to drink from it. It is a test of courage and a test of faith to most of them and thus they vow not to reveal this to those who haven't been dared yet. After all, the reactions are funny to watch. Besides that is that there is a good lesson in this test: do not always trust your senses, for they might be wrong. Moderation Note :
