Rionn Appearance Race: Kelvic Gender: Female Age: 1 year old (Human form: Appears in late teens) Birthday: 14th of Fall, 512 Birthplace: Outskirts of Avanthal Appearance: Human Form – Rionn appears in her late teens. Her skin complexion is pale. She stands at 5’6 and weighs in at 110lbs. Her body is lanky and lacking curves. Her hair is boyishly short with longs bangs and jet black in colour. Rionn’s eye are a golden/ yellow colour. She gives off a mysterious aura, and appears as if she is lost in her own thoughts as she often is. Her face appears quite common but her eyes are what stand out most from her facial features. They contain the thin black slits of a cat within their yellow orbs. Rionn’s teeth are also quite sharp looking compared to an average humans. Rionn clothes herself in tight fitting tank tops and pants along with large boots, all black in colour. She is always seen wearing a black cloak that she often uses to conceal herself. Cat Form – Rionn is a sleek black she-cat with a shiny coat. Her eyes glow yellow, standing out from her black form. She moves with swiftness and grace. Concealing herself in the shadows when she can. Her eyes always keenly keeping a look out for pray. She has a deadly, yet intelligent look about her. Character Concept Rionn believes in being true to herself and who she is. But that doesn’t mean she accepts herself… She finds it hard to fit in with others (due to her own insecurity’s), as a result she usually withdraws from social activity. She can be quiet and serious. But she also has a playful side. She fears growing too close to another for the fear of abandonment. Attachment frightens her. Though, like all Kelvic, she has a strong desire to find her bond mate. Yet she almost feels like she doesn’t deserve one. Rionn enjoys hunting for prey, which she enjoys the most (and is more skilled at) in her cat form. Rionn has a natural sense of Justice and tries her hardest to do what is right, she also enjoys helping others but is quite modest with her help. She loathes attention and would rather remain in the shadows. All in all she is looking for her place in the world with one paw in hope and the other in fear. Character History Rionn was abandoned in the snow by her mother at a young age. She wondered the ice lands on the verge of death, traveling in her cat form to keep out of sight of predators. After a week had passed Rionn collapsed from exhaustion, starvation and the cold. She didn’t think she was going to live. Fortunately for her a group of snow cats who were hunting for prey in the area came across her. They dragged Rionn unconscious on her cloak all the way to the safety of their camp, which was an alcove between two large rocks. Rionn spent a year living with the snow cats, they accepted her as their own and taught her how to hunt and survive in the harsh ice lands. Rionn was grateful for them and all they had taught her. But she never felt truly accepted in their group. She also felt that there was something missing. They only accepted her cat half, they didn’t know her to be Kelvic. She couldn’t ever be her human form in front of them for fear that they’d turn on her and she’d be left alone once again. At times she would sneak out on her own, just to transform into her human form and the feel the cold snow between her human toes. Being human was a part of her, a part she wanted to embrace just as much as her cat half. One day a group of the snow cats coming back from a hunting trip caught Rionn in her human form. They didn’t recognise her and instantly grew aggressive since she was close to their hidden camp. The snow cats chased Rionn away in her human form for she was too ashamed to turn back in her cat form and be seen as a traitor. She managed to escape from them but found herself lost in the Ice lands one more. She only had one choice, and that was to keep moving until she found a safe place to stay, to find civilisation. She wanted to come into contact with other human beings. She had been a cat for so long it was beginning to be all she knew. But she knew she was both a cat and a human. She had to find the humans so she could learn their ways. After two weeks or so in the ice lands with nothing but the survival/hunting skills the snow cats had taught her and the cloak her mother had abandoned her in, she stumbled upon the ice gates of Avanthal.
