The Quarters, 15th of Bell, 5th of Spring 514 A.V
It was early Spring afternoon in the lovely Citadel of Sahova, filled with breathtaking architecture and hospitable hosts, always busy in their work of recreating the mighty ancient empire, truly, no one in their right mind would refuse to stay permanently in Sahova. An island filled with wonders! One just have to ignore the monsters roaming in the Prairie, mournful screams coming from the Dungeons, or the fact that most of the inhabitants were body-jumping walking corpses. It was a blissful home for one ghost girl, Kouri, who was bound to a human sorceress named 'Annalisa' by means of a Grand Oath.
The happy-go-lucky phantom girl floated happily through the halls, humming a haunting cheerful tone as she clasped her hands behind her back, her long white locks swaying from side to side. Kouri was currently heading into the Prairie, she wanted to have some fun with the black green-eyed doggies there, they should make good practice for her projection powers, besides, she was doing both the Wizards and the Wardens a favor by weeding out those failed experiments. It was the least she could do to contribute to Sahova, her mother would surely be happy to find out her daughter being a good helpful girl. "La la la~" She made a few happy jump-steps, white mists swirling happily around her form.
As she passed through the halls, a man passed right by here, "Hn?" Being the curious girl she was, Kouri turned her head to get a good look at the man, he was tall, much taller than her, and he had dark hair and equally dark eyes, the man's looks sent an intimidating aura to the ghost girl. Quiet odd since she was the one who should be haunting people, nevertheless, the dark man's towering form combined with his slim build intrigued her, Kouri supposed she could put her fun time later as she turned around and began approaching the man, then the ghost girl composed her words by translating them from Vani to Common in her mind, before her pale lips opened, exhaling her white misty breath then her high-pitched voice echoed in the halls, "Hello, uncle~ Hehe~ Where are you going? You don't look uhm... dead to me, are you a human?" She was curious, the man was certainly lanky, but he lacked the usual 'dead' look of those walking corpses, perhaps he was just exhausted.
