Set underground in the basement of one of the in-city estates of the Radacke Dynasty, the Caged Sun is a location dedicated to the dark pleasures of the Kenashian elite. Freeborn or Dynasty member alike, those who know of the location are offered utter confidentiality and space to carry out their desires, using Radacke slaves as their sexual object for the evening. The place is neither publicly acknowledged nor the source of gossip, knowledge of its location and purpose told only by word of mouth. After years of existence, most of the Kenashian Dynasties know the place by name, though it is kept secret from 'undesirables', with only the more influential Freeborns informed of its existence. The place acts as a sanctuary of dark desire and sadistic intent, slaves abused and used, cycled through and scarred on a daily basis, both male and female slaves cycling between this purpose, the common field and construction that makes the Radacke Dynasty powerful. The name of the place, never formally given by its proprietors, is derived from glowing lanterns set within each room, lanterns with exposed, green-tinted flames made by a secret oil burning within a circular cage. Those skilled in Auristics can see a powerful aura emanating from each of the 'suns' , the use of several different magical applicationsShields wrapped around the lantern are tasked to hold the oil within. Due to the shield being invisible, to the common observer, the oil within will seem to float as a sphere. The natural luminescence of the oil within the shield lasts for approximately one year. Those who are tasked to handle the oil must take great care, for exposure results in severe burning. used to bring them into existence. The subterranean club of sorts is allotted a sizable amount of equipment and tools, including shackles, chains, whips, cages, tables specifically tailored for sexual purposes, and stocks, with rope coiled and hung at the eastern wall of each room for convenience. Eight rooms exist within the Caged Sun, each given its own equipment and tools, walls and doors set with shields tasked for soundproofing against sound both entering and exiting each room, to allow for total privacy and cutting the world away from a customer. There are two permanent prostitutes within the Caged Sun, kept within the club due to their status as Ranuri. Additional Info: A man of thought rather than action, Glen Radacke is the bookkeeper of the Caged Sun. He sees his slaves as resources to drive his wealth and sate the desires of the Dynasties in order to further his and his wife's position, to wedge both of them into the pockets and good sides of those with more power than they have. He and his wife run the Caged Sun together, combining his social intelligence with her magical prowess to create a powerful driving force for personal wealth and funding for their business. Additional Info: Kiala is a student of the magicks, showing an aptitude for acquiring knowledge and understanding from a young age. She is the one responsible for creating the sun lanterns from which the Caged Sun draws its name, as well as tending to the slaves and ensuring that they are kept in line, fed, and watered. She has a habit of toying with her slaves, though she makes sure that they are not injured by her entertainment. After all, the patronage inflicts enough damage to the commodities. She satisfies her playful desire by creating narcotics to infuse with alchemy and drug her non-Ranuri slaves. Depraved is the word one would use to describe Kiala if they knew what went on in her mind. Of cunning intellect, and harbouring diverse and dangerous knowledge, Kiala uses the magicks she has learned to spite those that anger her, to torture those that are under her care, and to amuse herself in the midst of a monotonous existence. Gnosis: Ranuri 1 Additional Info:Not much is known about this slave save that he was born in Kenash in 490 and purchased by Glen in 508. He is knowledgeable and utterly obedient to the secret desires of those who solicit his services. Other slaves are available for use, though the rest are non-Ranuri and cycled between this facility and Radacke Plantation, so there is little to no predictability regarding their appearance or information. Cycles take place every thirty days.   Goods or Services Visitation is rendered as less of a service and more of a membershipTo be added into a CS after the first graded thread where membership is granted (given documentation in the form of a golden leaf tasked with a shield), with limitless access granted per season for a price of 70GM. Single use is allowed with the permission of a current member for a price of 14GM for a night's visit. (This is easily arranged with a local Storyteller.) Those with a membership wishing to bring their own slave or lover with the intent to use the equipment of the facility need not inform anyone or do anything save present their membership upon entry. Soliciting a slave requires submitting one's membership, though there is no charge with the exception of use of a Ranuri. The use of a Ranuri prostitute is allowed only for members and permitted with an additional investment of 12 GM for an evening.
