Appearance+Personality
Due to Rosa's small frame and stature, first impressions don't always go exactly as planned with her. People assume that because of her size they can do whatever they want in her presence. She doesn't take kindly to bullies, as they are most always cowards hiding behind a facade of influence, money, and/or intimidation. Through this miscalculated assumption, such unsavory characters usually end up on the floor with multiple bruises and even a few broken bones if they had been exceedingly rude. Buried beneath lithe limbs hides surprisingly supple and strong muscles, -- those of which seem to ripple when she performs any sort of physical exertion -- as well as a healthy endurance. Her smooth ivory skin shows no signs of her age or her travels, and small delicate wrinkles crease at the edges of her mouth giving her a friendly face. She wears medium armor, which is practical in the sense that it protects very well against weather and climate; it also allows her to slip quietly into the shadows, and effectively mutes her footsteps from the ears of most people. Despite the practicality of the armor that she is adorned in, its colors are muted -- browns, greens, yellows -- due to her instinct to shy away from attention. She is rarely seen in vivid bright colors, and only wears them when she has to.

Rosa is very dedicated when it comes to work and seldom takes time off. If she could, she would chop off her hair and keep it as short as the average man does, but because of her noble birth she has to keep up appearances, and go to parties and functions at the request of her father. He always had told her when she was younger how much she had resembled her mother because of her hair. When she was smaller, she had loved her golden tresses, and reveled when she looked in mirror and imagined what exactly her mother had looked like. Now, all it brought was heartache and bitterness. When she was still toddling on chubby legs her mother run away back to her homeland. Her father never mentioned where that was, and she never asked. At that age, she didn't understand completely that her mother abandoned her, but of course she grew up and realized. Most of the time, you'll see her hair pulled back into a braid; sometimes when she's feeling particularly depressed, she'll even hide it behind a scarf of some sort. Immense stark blue eyes set above a small nose -- that of which is speckled with light freckles, -- and lush pink lips, are the features her father had given her. Whereas her gaze is filled with gentle determination and kindness, her father's is filled with cold contempt and aloofness.

Personal History
Rosa Finke Waterfield's father had always wanted sons. He would have probably gotten them too, had her mother stayed. Clarification is probably needed, he would have received legitimate sons. He had plenty of bastard children, sons and daughters alike, that he had conceived with the local fisherman's daughter and other such unfortunate women. Some of which, he probably had no idea even existed. Being in such a situation, and with no prominent female figure in her life, Rosa struggled in her childhood and teenage years. Her father began her training in the art of fighting at the age of 8, first with dummies, and then with actual people. Soldiers, travelers, servants-- anyone Erik Waterfield (that's her father's name) could get his hands on. Because of this, she grew up with a rather gruesome reputation as the Golden Killer. Not that she killed many people on a daily basis. It was mostly due to the fact that her father enjoyed spreading rumors just to watch them bloom way out of proportion, although it had a fraction to do with wanting to use her as an asset.

As Rosa grew older, she gained many friends and allies, whereas her father gained many enemies. People saw the good in her, and how much she hated doing his dirty work. Sometimes she even helped people flee from her father's wrath, even though that was an enormous risk on itself, because her father was a vengeful man. Had he found out that she was so openly defying him, he would have probably had her whipped, or locked up in the holding until his rage departed and he once again needed her for another job. He, of course, would never had killed her, because she was his only heir and weapon. She was too valuable to him. After she had reached about the age of 17, her father began to notice that she was no longer a girl. She had now achieved womanhood, and had the curves to match. With that, he had found another way he could manipulate the people around him and use her as an asset. He stopped her training, and discarded her armor and sensible pants and shirt, for beautiful dresses of all colors, fashions, and sizes. He threw away her sword and dagger for sparkly jewels of jade, sapphire, and emerald. Rosa panicked, because fighting was all she knew, and all she ever felt like knowing. She didn't want to go to fancy balls or galas, and she certainly didn't want to be whisked off to the highest bidder. Despite Rosa's hesitation in doing her father's bidding, she eventually agreed, so as to keep him from going on a rampage. Because no one-- no one wanted that.

Family History
The Waterfields haven’t always been powerful. They, to Erik Waterfield’s utter shame and disgust, used to be common fishermen who dallied with the peasant folk not even three generations back. His great grandfather, a certain Thomas Waterfield, decided to drop his fishing net and poles for far richer waters when he reached around the age of 18. Being the youngest of 4 brothers, Thomas was unnoticed for the majority of his life and held a habit for being exceedingly restless. Being so, he held a solid determination to make something of himself. He continued to fish at the request of his father, but on the side began to trifle with new jobs, attempting to find something that would calm his antsy thoughts.. Ironically, it was continuing to fish that allowed him to discover something incredible in the waters near the docks of Zeltiva...A new type of fish. A type of fish that he named the Watercutter. (Due to the fact that their fins appear to be long and sharp, like a blade.) It was in fact the discovery of these strange fish that set into motion a fashion trend like no other among the higher class and nobility of Zeltiva. You see, these curious creatures had scales that, once held in the light, emitted a very beautiful color and shine that put even pearls to shame. Being so, “Waterfield” soon became a name sought after, as more and more people wished to get their hands on the seemingly magical scales of the newly founded Watercutter. Not to mention the fish also exuded large amounts of oil that he could sell for a variety of purposes.

It was true that Erik Waterfield’s great grandfather did discover the Watercutter, but one can’t place the whole of one's assets onto a fashion trend. They aren’t dependable. He needed something solid to trust, something to actually put his time into. But he couldn’t let prying eyes in the city of Zeltiva see that he felt he had the need to pull in some money on the side..So of course he picked something he could deal with in secret, quietly and swiftly. And of course that something was smuggling. He smuggles anything he can get his hands on. Spices, furs, drugs..Anything. Even anyone, for the right price. Erik Waterfield is a cold man, who doesn’t enjoy when people get in his way. Some say he sent his wife away after she had their only child, a daughter, because she did not bear him a son. Others say she fled back to her homeland because of the sort of man he was. Neither rumor would be surprising, if true. He is very controlling, and tries to use everything and everyone around him to benefit himself. You are only important to him if you can somehow help him gain power or wealth. Otherwise you are very, very expendable. Don’t forget that.

Hello there, I am Eldritch, the DS of Zeltiva and I've noticed some issues with your CS that need to be fixed before you can continue to RP.

History: This kind of history is something you need to get pre-approval from me for. Rosa's father sounds rather influential to Zeltivan society if he possesses such wealth. Such a thing would need to be run by me and it would have to include an NPC write up for the city, history of the family, and just how he gained all this power. Wealth on Mizahar is generally a very rare thing, and its not impossible to play the child of a wealthy man but you have to run it by the chains of command first and get things set up. Otherwise you will need to edit this portion of your history.

Housing and Ledger: No matter what if Rosa is staying with her father and has housing she cannot cash out her housing for the 500 GM's. If she rents a room in some establishment like the Worlds End Grotto that would be different, but she has housing so please edit this up.

Once you fix these issues send me a PM and I will remove this intervention. :)
