[Rearing Stallion] To drink, or not to drink.

Aerion listened to Jubilee speak, and he felt himself silently agreeing that he wish he could have been there to do something, to have made a different choice in order to be home earlier. He looked at her as she looked down at her lap, and he couldn't help but feel a bit grateful toward her for her words.

As Naiomi started speaking again however, she placed her hand on Aerion's arm, and he looked over at her as she spoke, listening to her comforting words and he nodded in agreement, not knowing what to say as she tried to get them all thinking of happier times. Despite not feeling like smiling, he felt the corners of his mouth twitch upwards a little, he had never had someone try to comfort him about his past before, mainly because he didn't share it very often.

After Naiomi stopped speaking, Aerion felt he should thank her, "I appreciate your kind words, and for trying to help. I agree that we should not dwell in the past, for living in the past only brings sadness, and eventually madness." He gave a slight sigh as he continued, "We all have our stories to tell, and we all have our demons to fight, but when we share them, when they come to light, that's when they shrink back to the darkness and we feel free." He went quiet after this feeling slightly embarrassed, having realized that he rhymed a little bit, feeling Teren's amusement over their bond at showing his wise side, as well as his poetic side.
"The kind find it hard to write rude words, the opposite is also true, the rude find it hard to write kind words. Once you understand which you are, make the decision of who you WANT to be."

"We all know that the good guys win, but it's how they win, that makes the story."
