Well, based on the skills you gave him, he'd probably be laboring in the garden. Like building a decorative wall or something. But since he has the singing, maybe he managed to scrape up enough money for a ticket to the opera and saw Ifran perform and is all agog. Or something. I know that's a bit self-serving...

At the moment, laboring in the garden seems good! In that case, he can save up the earnings he makes and maybe, then, at a future time he can make that visit to the opera house. I like to make things difficult for my character-- to make him squirm >=D

Well, you can always start a thread working in the garden and link me. Maybe Ifran will practice out in the garden...

Question! If Ifran is like the face of the family, that grandfather mentioned around (Sadiki is it?) is the brains of the family, and Hasre is the money-maker...who is the military man?

And I'm assuming the North Wind has its own estate? So my guy'd be working on the garden in the palace of the house of the north wind or something like that?

Well as of yet there really isn't a military PC. In all honesty there might not be for a while. As for NPC, we haven't flushed the house members out that well yet, I am sure should the nead arise there will be.

Yes the Northwind has its own estate/palace, and yes he would work as a gardner in the palace.

Sadiki is the head of the House of the North Winds. He helped put the Pressorah (Queen) on the throne, so the House is pretty well off politically. His son, Direnc, is the father of Ifran and Hasre.

Ifran isn't really the face. He's just one of many artists that've come out of the family. It's just that he also has pretensions toward real power. They have guards around the North Winds Palace, though...

er...got an avatar that follows exactly my imagining of Tayhura's face, but he's kinda creepy. Then again, I suppose my character is a bit of a creep and he isn't meant to be attractive exactly.

So do I just start a thread for the North Wind's Palace's Garden and get to it? I have to secure who it is I'm threading with, though, first, of course!

Why don't you do two? One with Ifran and one with Hasre. For each one, just put in the name of the thread and then (Ifran) or (Hasre) so we know which one is meant for whom!
