Just a quick note on Image Use.

Don't use copywritten artwork, especially anime, in this city without artist permission. In the same vein of thinking, do not.... do not ever... use provocative sexually suggestive images. I don't want to see huge boobs before I see a characters face. In other words, if I have to hunt for a face among boobage, your getting a nasty PM from me about your choice of artwork. Underwear models, Victoria's secret angels, etc are all okay but just make sure they have theme appropriate clothing on. I'm not here providing a city for PCS to troll for male attention with 'come petch me now' models.

You know what I mean. Knock it off or your getting the boot from the region.

Random question: Would the frozen waterfall end up messing with the stones in the city? Like the expanded water... I assume it's channeled by some sort of canal through the top of the city but would the ice end up pushing against the construction and causing problems?

It would be interesting if it caused a leak or something later on.

There's actually a burst bunch of pipes in the library today(22nd) . . .
But nothing caused by the waterfall as far as I know.

That's true, I forgot about the pipes. Maybe it would be redundant to have the sorta-same plot twice, haha.
