Syliras and Magic

I remember reading at some point, that upon entering Syliras they need to check in or something? Sign something official so the knights know who's most likely to throw fire at people? But, I look for where it says this, and I cant find anything.

So, Do they have to sign in? Tell they knights they can see feelings and make lightning shooting sticks?

Not sure if you are still waiting for an answer, but since no one has answered you yet... Here it goes:

Upon entering any city, you need to post on the Entrance Thread and register your character in the domain. For Syliras, it's here (City Entrance) and here (Character Registry for Winter). But, before anything, you will need to have a character sheet. You received a welcome PM with almost everything you need to start playing, so take a look at that, too.

After you create your CS, you can submit it for review, and start playing right away. If your character is a already on the city, you don't have to post on the Entrance thread, only in the Character registry.

Also, be sure to read the rules for posting in Syliras. I'm not familiar with this city, so I really don't know any specifics. However, if you have any doubts about the city, you can PM the Syliras Storyteller.
