It's about time, with the four digit post count in the old thread, that we start a new Wandering the Stableyard OOC thread for The Sanctuary. I think I'll start it out by wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a far better far more productive 2015.

Reitari will hopefully be joining the Sanctuary once she gets a job here (the interview thread with Kavala is ongoing now). If Reitari is able to get a job at the Sanctuary, I would love to start threading with people if anyone is interested.

Hi Guys.

I know I've been really absent, but that's been because of work and I hoped I told most of you that or at least kept you informed. I've also been on a bit of a bender hating my pc. Well, enough of that. It's time to get the ball rolling. We need some major sanc plots for Spring involving the Cytali and as much of the community as we can. Here's some ideas.

What I'd like to do is rediscover a lost discipline in the act of dreamwalking and bring it back to the community. I have one mostly written up that would be perfect for this... and something fairly simple and easy to learn.

I'd like to entertain donating warehouse space (or building it for our facility) wherein artifacts rediscovered could be stored. This could spawn a lot of RP and possibly some job positions in RF or the Sanc.

I want to take a few students on this year... offer a small spring class, either npc or pc, and teach them, develop a curriculum, and start them down the path to being veterinarians. I hope to have some PC volunteers for this (paying volunteers!) to start as the new class.

Tim had some interesting plot ideas about joining the Ruv'na... so that might be fun to weave in.

You dont' have to be a member of The Sanc, living here, or part of the Cytali to join in one of our plots. You just have to promise to stick around. Does anyone have any ideas, comments on these ideas, or expansions?

I'm game for all of it. Lost discipline, obvi. Also, Caelum can doubtless find the time to teach a class or two of up and coming vets. He's got some teaching XP, 20-something, but still novice. But the subject matter he has in spades.

There are a few PCs who are returning with him from Endrykas in early spring, or at least coming to RF from Endrykas in the spring even if not necessarily in the same traveling party. Skand is one of them and is most likely going to end up working for Caelum in some capacity. So he might be interested in this too.

Hey there!

If Caelum or anyone he knows starts teaching things, I'm pretty sure Scand would be up for classes. I don't imagine he'd be the best student, but he'd try.

(And willing to pay, certainly)
