Order of Radiance Chapters

Hi! Just a clarification question. It's been stated that the Order of Radiance maintains chapters nearby the watchtowers. I don't think the location lores for the watchtowers have been written up yet although I haven't gone around and checked every city linkmap to confirm this. My question is this: are the chapters in the watchtower themselves, and if so, how does this work from the standpoint of surviving in a wilderness area, albeit one close to a city? Or are they in the cities, and the Order members regularly travel to the watchtowers to check on them? I assume it's the latter since it's pretty well established that not living in the city is pretty much a death sentence. If they are in a city next to a watchtower that would support the worship of Priskil, or at least not forbid it, is there a general theme to each chapter house or would it be more location specific? Thanks to whoever answers this, and if this information is available somewhere and I just missed it, sorry and please point me in the appropriate direction.

The Order is loosely organized, with its headquarters located at the Zagaria Watchtower, in Taldera, but chapter houses in several Mizaharian cities.

The way that is worded suggests that only the HQ exists at a tower, while the other chapters exist in cities. When it comes to the Watchtowers, the Lore article mentions that The Order only control a few Watchtowers, and the others are quite dangerous.

As for your other questions, I do not believe any answers have been developed in the official Lore. It would probably differ from city to city, so asking the local ST about such things would be your best bet.

These established chapters would not be IN watchtowers. Watchtowers aren't designed that way. They aren't massive towers that can house people. They might house (historically when they were all working) a single tower keeper much like a lighthouse tender who activates the tower when someone wanted to use it for a fee paid to the order. So I suspect any groups would have to be 'near' towers. However, most towers these days are not in cities (with some exceptions) but are fairly remote. So that scenario wouldn't work that well.

Thanks so much for the responses, it really helped clear things up. The impression I'm getting, and please do correct me if I'm wrong in any of this, is that I can assume there would be a chapter house in the few cities that have reasonable access to a Watchtower and would not be hostile to Priskil. That combination of factors is probably fairly rare if the Watchtowers are indeed as remote as it has been stated. As to what a specific chapter house might look or whether they'd actually be present in a city, I will definitely get into contact with individual STs if it ever becomes an issue. Again, I really appreciate the help on this.
