Possession and Character Experience

Hello! So, I've been doing some searching in the Lore and on Tarot's Soapbox, but I unfortunately can't find the answer to my question. If a ghost with the personal magic of Flux gleaned from their past life possesses a PC with no Flux training, and then proceeds to use aforesaid magic while in the PC's body, does the PC gain knowledge/training of Flux?

Nope, if the body doesn't possess the ability to use the magic already, it can't be used when possessed.

Well, shoot. Could the ghost teach the possessed PC if there was time and it suited the spirit's purpose?
