While not long, his dark hair falls over, covering most of his forehead and his ears. His eyes are a deep brown, most people not discerning his pupil from his iris, feeling shot by his thoughtful look. While He is somewhat lean built, as a product of doing various jobs to earn his day. Snowflake mark where his heart is. He wears a thin rope necklace with a simple icestone around his neck. Eye colour changes very little, only with intense feelings it changes considerably and noticeably. Mostly it's subtle changes in hue, barely seen to human eyes. Should he be driven in an intense feeling, lightness changes intensively, so do his feelings. calm and peaceful - deep brown agitated or passionate - dark red to red angry - indigo blue to blue focused - sapphire in fear or uncomfortable- light brown ashamed or tired - grey trustful - dark green sad or thoughtful - black shyness and affection - magenta to pink Character Concept Quite a sociable person he is, cheerfully accepting any conversation thrown at him, being respectful to as many people as he could be. He yearns to get acknowledged by others and appreciated by people that he deems better. Although, he is not naive. Dakako would never make hasty decisions about a person, often overthinking the matter and sometimes getting the wrong picture of the person, shaming himself or getting disappointed. He never felt more than little connection to Avanthal, even though he was there as long as he can remember. Years of looking at others' back made him very ambitious, and a determined person that would strive for his goal with great zeal. Although a person who's second name is danger, he is cool-minded and reasonable in most cases. He had been working on his strength all the time, despite all the injuries and bruises, developing quite some agility and skill with a slightly oversized dagger, hoping to get a chance to depart soon, which was to come. Character History He was never one of those people that acomplish things. Always shadowed by those who had talents, Dakako was never able to get himself appreciated, especially without his mother or father. Spending time with other children gave him insight on how insignificant he was. One among many, just another average. However, he would change it. Someday he would become somebody. Dakako was, presumably, only child of his parents. He has never seen his parents though, he doesn't know, and often doesn't care how they disappeared from his life. He was taken in by the Iceglaze hold. At first, he stayed with carpentry master __ where he learned some of carving. Eventually, he moved out since getting his own arvinta, and he paid for his living, exclusively from his work. He was quite short in his childhood, even for a Vantha, also weak and often looked down upon by other children. This is why he wasn't very social, and he would often watch the other kids from afar, envying the talented, or wandering the snow plains aimlessly. Although, he had a friend. He was quite attached to that very friend, he felt comfort in them being similar. They often played together as kids, especially in their own secret hideout, fashioned in a huge ice block, full of carvings of birds and polar bears. They've known each other for a long period of years, until one day, two boys tried hopping the ice chunks floating in the sea, as much as for remember their past, as for daring. Jumping to an ice chunk, his friend overstepped and slipped. Catching the air as he tried to keep balance, he splashed into the sea, the deeps pulling him under as he struggled to keep above surface. Dakako, afraid, was stunned at spot. Seeing his friend drown, he quickly tried to reach him, but to no avail. They were too far from each other, and should have he tried to reach him, he would fall too. His friend gripping the surface from under the sea with a terrified expression on his face, couldn't keep up with the cold waters of Taldera, and he was drowning. He struggled for a chime, then his body was stilled. Dakako seeing his still friend slowly descending into the deep of the sea, with his face screaming with help, almost saying "why didn't you save me?" He was shaken furiously by his friend's death, and the sense of guilt overtook him. Next day it was mourning for the lost son and a friend. The funeral took place on the coast of that very sea. "The sea took him" they said "Such a sad death that is" Although, after a week of days, sadness went away and people returned to their daily business, only his family remained veiled by it. Just as if nothing happened. Dakako, already shocked by his friend's death, was horrified to see people forget that his friend ever existed. Thinking how death is something so banal, so unexpected, almost absurd. His friend died a nothing. Even after death, he was nothing. Dakako then made a vow to leave the city in a year, search the world to find a suitable place to learn, to practice, to perfect, to rise. To be strong, he thought. He will seek to be known, to be acknowledged and to be appreciated. Not to die as a nothing. The next year he was working hard, even more than before, training even harder than usually, to develop his skills up to the point where he could travel and seek a chance to prove himself. In the last year or so, he was travelling by means of caravans or boats, to reach the marine city of Zeltiva. Language Fluent Language: Vani Basic Language: Common Skills
