Job Thread Grading

I was just curious whether you submit the Job Threads for grading immediately or do you wait til the end of the season to do so? Or if it does not matter either way, as long as the "Job Threads" are added to the form, and you just leave a note saying that it has already been graded, that way the STs have less to do at the end of the season? It just seems easier on the STs to go ahead and have it graded before the end of the season, but then again I could be wrong about it all. Any suggestions would be lovely !

Job threads should be treated like any other thread. When you finish writing them, please submit them to grade. The thing that matters when collecting wages is that they are done, done right, and are of appropriate length.

You submit your job threads for regular grading, like any other thread, as soon as you finish it. Then, at the end of the season, you submit your job threads for evaluation in whatever manner your city requests. Reading a thread for grading and reading it to make sure it qualifies for job wages are two different things
