Appearance

It would be difficult to recognise Fraya as anything other than human. She is of average height and has a slim but faintly muscular build, much like that of a dancer, with her skin always appearing to be lightly tanned. Long golden-blonde hair falls mid-way down her back. It is never styled, always left in loose, messy waves. Her eyes are large and brown, ringed with thick black lashes. It is her eyes that may give her away as she she has a piercing gaze, although one would need to be quite perceptive to work out what exactly if strange about them.

The Ocelot

As an ocelot, Fraya is fairly average. She is approximately 80cm in length with an extra 30cm for her tail, and weighs around 12 kilos. Her fur is smooth and pale golden-brown, turning cream on her undersides. Black rosettes adorn her coat, the centres a deeper gold than her overall colour, though along her back and shoulders they blend to form irregular black bands. Black rings run down her tail, her legs are spotted with black, and the backs of her rounded ears are a solid black, save for a single white spot on each. Two black stripes run along the sides of her face, and one above each large, brown eye.

Personality

True to her Kelvic-self Freya is naturally a solitary being, often choosing to spend her time alone rather than with other people. Occasionally though, she does not mind the company of one or two others. As Lhavit is fond of festivals and gatherings, the young Kelvic is gradually becoming accustomed to being around more and more people, however large groups do tend to make her nervous. It takes a while for Fraya to open up to someone, purely because of her Kelvic nature, and a first meeting will usually find her reserved, yet curious. Those close to her will know Fraya as an inquisitive and bubbly person, always willing to lend a hand or set out on an adventure.

History

Freya was born to two loving parents, her mother a Kelvic and her father a human. Her childhood was fairly normal, although short as Kelvic life tends to be. She was allowed out alone from an early age and spent the vast majority of her time wandering the Misty Peaks, though never too far from the city. One might say that it was neglect to let a child into the Peaks alone, however Fraya was often happier there than in the city as she could run to her hearts content as the little spotted cat she really was.
Out in the peaks she quickly learned a lot about the wild flora and fauna found in and around the city, particularly interested in the various plants she would come across. This led on to her interest in botany and the young Kelvic has decided that plants are what she really wants to learn and use. Now a young adult at 2 years of age, Fraya has moved from her family home and is starting an independent life.
