Poor Pho. On another note! I remember having a conversation about Phobius' language proficiency, and I do see you using more simple sentences. I think I'd like to see a lack of contractions and maybe either a struggle for words or a mix up (as Phobius strikes me as someone who might easily confusing homonyms or even words that sound similar, i.e. 'cake' and 'steak'). I enjoy Phobius as a character immensely, and while I know it would be a little more work to "foreign-ize" his speech, there are loads of interesting opportunities that I think, currently, you're missing out on that would be fun to explore! Welcome to Alvadas! There several things that do need to be addressed in any future threads from this point on. I've already spoken to you regarding Shadyn's competency in Common, and as that was at a date later than most of these posts, don't worry about this thread.
As for any future posts, however, please make sure you are playing and writing Shadyn's basic fluency. Also, I believe you removed Xaart's multi-fluency; please remember that Xaart's telepathy doesn't auto-translate: it is a projection of Xaart's language, which is static in Nari. I would also like to remind you that in your CS Xaart is "friendly but reserved, preferring to speak only to the few other Eagles and Endals that are close to him and Shadyn"; it is concerning that a weathered and wizened wind eagle would take the time and effort to telepathically yell at an entire establishment over what an old woman asks of his rider. Another important part of Alvadas is the location changing: locations do shift around, but it's pretty rare to actually see them doing it. In isolated cases, buildings may walk around or scoot along the street, but Alvadas as a whole isn't an ever-shifting city in the respect that it's actually, visibly shifting. It's more subtle (like when you turn a corner and realize you're in a completely different part of the city, or when you go into a building and step out into an entirely new plaza you've never seen before). Another thing to note: Inarta may be rare in Alvadas, but strange creatures aren't. The people of the city might be interested in a large bird, but they would find it entertaining at most. "Fear" in general, isn't typically a common reaction for an Alvad to have towards anything. While Shadyn is treated with respect in Wind Reach, in Alvadas he is on par with every other citizen, so please keep that in mind (though this doesn't mean he can't act like he's important, just remember that almost - except maybe other Inarta if they care to do so - no one will treat him any different than they would any other stranger or customer.
