Vantha Questions

so out of curiosity when it comes to things like the hair reflection with the vantha is it something that shifts depending on the light or is it a set color? Also does it do the same with facial hair and if so would it be black with bits of red throughout like in a normal beard and then have the reflective coloring that the hair on top of his head would have? (very odd and very detailed i know but it is something that matters to me for some reason xD) On another note when it comes to gnosis location is there any set position for it or is it something that could be open to discussion when talking with someone about it?

The hair is not like their eyes. It does not shift. It looks like someone let loose with hair chalks in their locks though. Color is up to the player. Beards and other body hair same situation.
