Kyna Race: Konti Gender: Female Age: 34 Birthday: 32, Spring, 482. Birthplace: Riverfall Appearance: Kyna stands at five foot nothing, and it doesn't look like she's growing anymore. Her hair is long, white-blonde and falls to about mid-back. Her eyes are the usual shockingly pale blue of the Konti and vary between far away when she's deep in thought and intensely focused. On top of being short, Kyna gives of an aura of vulnerability, which is not exactly accurate but there's not much she can do about it. She tends to wear whites, greys or blues. Her clothes tend towards utilitarian rather than fashion. When working she's sometimes smudged with dirt or bodily fluids. This does not particularly distress her. She does have Konti scales, easily spotted spiraling up her arms, legs and covering most of her back, as well as along her collar bones. The back of her left hand also bears an opalescent, spiraling mark of Rak'keli, granted to her at birth. Character Concept Kyna is a healer through and through, though it's true that she'd often rather be among her plants than dealing with people. It's not that she's anti-social, although certainly an introvert, she does like and care deeply about others, she just finds them wearing after a while. She often needs time on her own to find some balance and peace. That said, she is always available whenever she is needed. She tends to be quiet and reserved. She rarely speaks unless she has something specific to say. She's happier being in the crowd than on the stage. She can actually come across as slightly cranky, though this is more because of the pressure she feels to keep all those around her safe and healthy than any actual ill will. Character History Kyna was born in Riverfall to a Konti Mother and Akalak father. Still quite close to her mother, though her mother is more of a seer than a healer, upon reaching adulthood Kyna moved out to allow her parents some privacy. This was partially for herself as well. They are still trying for another child, preferably a son this time to help bolster the faltering Akalak race. There are some things you don't want to have to think about your parents doing regardless of race. Blessed from birth with Rak'kelis mark, Kyna saw it almost as an obligation, though not one she resented and threw herself into the task of learning to be a better healing, knowing that divine powers alone weren't always enough. This manifests most typically as subconsciously dressing for the weather, for example bringing a coat if it's going to rain even if it's sunny currently. Current day is easiest for her, a week is about her range with difficulty and concentration. Past that her predictions become exponentially less accurate. The only exception to this is that she might feel natural disaster level weather from a greater time distance. Housing Location: Riverfall House: Windswept Condos- Private affordable condos with gorgeous gardens. Kynas room is a teeny bit larger than usual, allowing her to stuff a spare cot on it. If she's treating someone who requires constant enough care that she feels it necessary to have them in her home, its not uncommon for her to sleep on the admittedly substandard cot. 2. the bed, wash basin, cupboard etc. you purchased may not be necessary as they come with the apartment already furnished. You might want to review that lore and take those off so you have more gold.
