The Pride Feel free to post in this location. The Pride is where the majority of Endrykas find their livestock. The tent has been around as long as the city itself or at least as long as any can remember. The establishment has the finest, oldest and purest lines of breeding for every type of zibri, goat and every other animal that contributes to the food supply of the Drykas. Most of the animals that travel in The Pride have little need to be restrained by pens or fences. They seem to be perfectly content with following the Drykas around, knowing full well that Endrykas is a paradise in comparison to the dangers hidden within the Sea of Grass. The animals seem to realize that they are in good hands. Without much fuss, the herds are moved across great distances with the help of herding dogs and skilled horsemen. The smaller animals like game fowl and rabbits are kept in cordoned off areas then transported in customized wagons. The animals here are cared for with great love, respect, and nurturing. Emerald animal breeders dedicate their time and energy and their lives to seeing that the meat and other products they consume is of the finest quality. When livestock is mistreated, the meat can be stiff and filled with chemicals that make the meat unappetizing. Naturally the Drykas are intimately bonded with all of Caiyha's children. She has final say on anything related to the animals. She's fiery and abrupt but also holds a great deal of love for her herd (which is every animal under her care). She's a widow twice over and has sworn off relationships beyond those who can help her do her job and those who can't. She's quick to comment that it's amazing how productive men an women can be together when sex is not a consideration. Not all animals are available all the time.
